'Dave Rice - Dreams. I Fell in love with the vocals on this track first Ashley is an amazing singer, with so much emotion in her voice. And the production by Dave Rice is incredible, so in honesty, I did not want to touch the track. But... I had to give it a go! Because the vocals were so good, I had to use all of them. it would have been easier to go down the house root and use a lot of chopping on the vocals but I didn't want to do the vocals dishonor. So as I was working through the track and experimenting with synth sounds, I started to get the late 90s to early 2000 Trance vibe. So that's the route I went and I hope I've done the track justice....'

Sum of Life is a behemoth of a song i originally mixed in the early 2010's, so i reopened the project and overhauled the first part of the song. I plan on there being at least one more part to the song.

A mellow, funky sounding guitar sound opens up this musical, and it takes its sweet time building up. A heartbeat sound periodically complements everything else to re-iterate the "Life" theme of Sum of Life.
