Born of pure molten insidious rock within the bowels of the largest volcano on the earth (the Mauna Loa) Before Ciada is as unstoppable as the magma that spat them forth. Formed 2 score and 20 days from the present by joining the unmistakable forces of heavy metal found within each artists never-ending chalice of talents, Troy chose the vocals, Gabriel a humble guitar, Mick a shredding lead, Nathaniel the earth shattering base and DeeJ the demon rumble of the drums. 

To date they have show-cased their pure metal power to a growing scene of progressive speed metal enthusiasts and have just released the first in a lifetime of brutal thought choking and soul crunching albums, their Birth to Burial Ep which is available on iTunes or from the Band Shop. An east coast tour of much brutality starts on May 24th with shows in Byron Bay, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Wollongong, after which they will be awaiting a falcon sent to fly them to Germany to partake in the RUDE festival which will allow their metal dominance to grow. Hi! My name is... Spaceydude. I am a metal/rock/flamenco/classical musician. I play guitar, bass, keyboard, piano and I program drums. I do many covers and originals, though I wont upload many originals for lack of copyright on my own work. I am in a band with a drummer friend of mine, and I might upload some of my music with him eventually. If anyone actually listens to my older uploads you will hear my sound and playing getting better and better, this is partly because I get new gear every once in a while. I still plan on getting a few more gear updates in the hopefully near future. And come to think of it I should give credit for my profile image. I did not make it. It is the cover for and album by Bluetech called "Prima Materia" and I am rather fond of the album and the picture. Any further questions will be answered as asked.

Since the release their full-length album, The Fallen Sun, Sludgehammer have been riding a wave of great reviews for the record as well as their live show.
