I've received a number of messages in recent weeks regarding fellow SoundCloud users having their remixes of Somebody That I Used To Know removed from SoundCloud due to copyright infringement. My personal position is that I don't try to block unofficial remixes posted for online streaming providing they're posted for purely creative reasons and are not exploited commercially (eg: monetized on YouTube).

Under current laws the formal consent of the label and publisher/s is required for any use along these lines however, and as much as I would like to help everyone out to attain this consent, there are simply too many requests relating to remixes of this particular song and too many rights holders involved for me or my reps to assist with Soundcloud keeping them up.

The band performed Longhorns Ballroom (Dallas) & Cains Ballroom (Tulsa) - the last two remaining U.S venues from the ill fated Sex Pistols tour of 78'.

When Sid Vicious's girlfriend Nancy Spungen was murdered in New York - October 12th 1978' - Our 'Nancy Pungent' actress (for film & T.V) was born in York England the same day.!

Who Killed Nancy? - We helped uncover the story for the Dvd documentary

The band have played the songs 'New york' in New York (3 times), 'Holidays in the Sun' in Berlin, 'No one is Innocent' in Rio De Janeiro', E.M.I. from an open top bus outside the London offices of E.M.I., 'Anarchy in the U,K' outside the Houses of Parliment, & 'God Save the Queen' from a boat on the river Thames.!

Performed the infamous 'God Save The Queen' Thames River Boat party 12 times, aboard the 'Queen Elizabeth' (same boat used by the Pistols in 1977')

Our biggest crowd (so far) of 20,000 people - Trutnov Festival Slovakia, The smallest? - One man & his dog, in Yoville.!

Performed at the "entertainment capital of the World" in 'Las Vegas' (twice in 2006), & on Broadway, New York (at 'BB Kings' Club).

The line-up over the years has seen 3 singers, 3 bassists, 3 guitarists, but only one drummer.!
