El Cartel del Progreso , nace de la idea de crear una emisora enlinea luego se consolida como una propuesta colectiva para eventos de música electrónica underground ahora viendo desde un punto de vista más grande queremos reunir todos los colectivos de arte en Colombia para apoyarnos entre artistas de diferentes escenas teniendo como ideología el arte como esencia de la vida trabajando entre los seres que comprenden la maravilla del compartir en ComunUnidad , pudiendo disfrutar espacios de mucha magia , entendiendo los conocimientos explicados por cada uno de las personas qe participen estando en paz y amor.
Todas estás IDEAS las iremos compartiendo primero en el blog mediante publicaciones; A cada miembro se le dará un login y una contraseña para qe edite y cree artículos, ya luego se creerá un foro donde podremos compartir opiniones con los demás sobre temas de interés o dudas qe tengamos con trabajos qe estemos realizando.

En está edición del festival lo queremos enfocar a la unión y la fuerza que nos han llevado a lograr cada una de las cosas que nos proponemos para así compartir con ustedes un ambiente lleno de magia mostrando diferentes formas y alternativas del arte para llegar a un climax espiritual y corporal sin necesidad de los excesos , disfrutando de nuestra droga favorita la música !

En el sitio hay dos Lagos y mucha Naturaleza , estamos comprometidos a dejar el lugar si se puede en mejores condiciones qe en la qe lo encontramos , habrá una pequeña actividad de siembra de arboles para incentivar el amor por la pachamama ya que muchos no la respetan y dejan sus cochinadas en donde no es el lugar; persona que sea vista dejando desechos en una zona verde o en el lago será sacado inmediato del evento .

Tendremos diferentes actividades musicales en las cuales se resaltará los generos PSY TRANCE - ACID TECHNO Y DRUM AND BASS,
También comida (Vegetariana-Normal) y arte visual .
