Two game changers in how I write music happened within this project:::
--
First, I did not decide on a key signature beforehand. Instead of picking a key and playing with samples within that key. I played with completely random sounds. Once I had something that sounded good - I sent the sound of choas into a DJ program to figure out what key I am dealing with; and work from there [within the key choas decided for me].

The second style change - making a more DJ friendly song. The Intro and outro together make 30% of the song, a feature my old self would have hated. My new self realizes that all of my old songs are a pain in the wiener to mix… so I changed that.
