Using poly-rhythms  found from where I spend way too much time combined with industrial sounds from same said place I have tried to fuse the two so that they are enjoyable to listen to.

Highway Haunts & Desert Whispers Ep 1

There's no poser-like crap imitating a gramophone or shellac records with pop songs in the background (you know those shitty mixes). Instead,  recordings and songs over 100 years old that still exist today – genuine folk swinging blues tracks (which many today consider slapstick or bizarre). They were meant quite seriously, dealing with catastrophes, grief, love, the simplicity of being!

You guessed it, each of these tracks meets a track from today. They practically race towards each other like comets until GOD himself creates something homogenous by adding something like bass and piano to the already meticulously timed mix on the master keyboard to take it up a notch and hold up a mirror to the homogenous mass.

A l'évidence, une allusion à Pierrot et Colombine, personnages emblématiques de la Comedia dell'Arte et de la chanson de Lully "Au Clair de la Lune".

Enregistré sur un... magnétophone à cassettes (si, si) dans les années 90, le son est bourré de souffle et de défauts divers et variés liés à la bande magnétique, 100 % analogique.

Uploadé parce que c'est une chanson que je ne pourrais plus jamais chanter, à +50 ans aujourd'hui la tessiture de ma voix s'est évidemment bien dégradée avec le temps, les notes les plus aiguës sont inatteignables.
