3000 Bass is one of the foundational platforms behind the boom of bass music worldwide in recent times. From it’s humble beginnings as a simple Soundcloud channel, to one of the most popular editorial platforms within underground electronic music and its rapid rise as a label entity to match, focusing on an output of ukg, uk bass, bassline & DnB releases.

Since the birth of the platform, 3000 Bass has not only assisted in the growth of bass music across the board, but has also played a big part in moulding and expanding the sound, being one of the original homes of artists such as Skepsis, Holy Goof, distinkt and more.
With the energy level and enthusiasm for the brand at an all time high, it looks like the 3000 wave will continue to bulge and grow, with a healthy box of releases still on the way across the rest of 2024 still to look forward to.

@3000deep is the sister platform of 3000 Bass and a highly valued area of the now extensive 3000 Network, focussing on the more abstract areas of underground dance music around the world. Originally conceived as an alternative space for producers to explore new avenues, the 3000 Deep catalogue has gone to explore many genres, from house to uk garage, breaks & more.
Often described as a stash house for sonic gems across everything in the electronic dance music realm, the energy of the 3000 Deep discography is a truly marvellous thing. The freedom the platform gives makes it an absolute treasure chest of goodies for any DJ looking to add some alternative flavour to their set menus.

BIO:
Ahmet was born in Kardjali, Bulgaria where he spent his childhood. His introduction into music came from his father's obsession with electronic equipment. At 10 years old Ahmet was so curious about how the electronic equipment worked that he began assembling and disassembling some parts of the electronic goods in his house. At the age of 12 Ahmet made his first steps in his music career by making his own remixes which showed his passion for music. In 1991 Ahmet's family decided to move to Turkey; that was the beginning of a whole new life for him. 
 
He was going to school in Izmir, one of the biggest cities in Turkey, and in the evenings Ahmet was working in some ordinary bars as a DJ. After graduating in 1995 Ahmet decided to continue his professional music career and started working as a resident DJ in one of the biggest clubs in Izmir called "Club Marina". Later Ahmet wanted to make a difference in his life and continued his music career in different cities in the world working as a DJ in successful parties and organizations. According to topdeejays.com in Turkey Ahmet became the #1 DJ in "DEEP HOUSE",  #1 DJ with the most followers in YouTube and multiple times #1 on Beatport Mixes

 The seeds of Asphalt Pirates go back to 1991 when first experiencing the underground movement and free party scene. Influenced by the parties of Spiral Tribe being held in France in 1992 he began to play with synthesizers and travel through Europe, helping to organize the first free tekno parties in Southern Germany. Then in 2005, pushed by police repression, he moved to France, continuing to travel and bring his analog live sets - recognizable by the typical kick of the Roland TR 909 and various analog synthesizers - to the people. A blend of mental, hypnotic sounds which, whatever the bpm, pushs you into a spiral, all the time improvised and changing to create a musical journey.

Asphalt Pirates have produced tracks for label such as 11H23, Statik Travel, Spin Dynamics, Harkoflex, Rsf and 2011 saw the creation of the label Freebooter Records in collaboration with the artist Meln for graphics. The first two records on this label where created with Les Boucles Etranges and 25ème Dimension. The third is in progress.

Although he plays in clubs and raves, he continues to support the underground scene: squats, free parties, alternative festivals ... anything that represents the Asphalt Pirates state of mind.
Always on the road to new ports of adventure with his kit of live machines - give him a large table and a big system and he will excite you with music from the heart.
