I’m Lady Nade, an electric, folky, poppy, rootsy singer-songwriter from Bristol. I write songs that are soulful, soothing and deep. My music is inspired by real life experiences: grief, hardship, complex emotions, matters of the heart, and a passion for wellness and transformation.

Exploration indie pop from the undiscovered tundra of Stockholm Archipelago. 

Our debut album "Geography A" offers a theme about exploration and adventure. It tells the tale of two precocious kids that steal horses from their riding school, build a raft, and leave shore for undiscovered continents.

These indie pop songs are filled with sun-drenched escapism and offer a cascade of buzzing string machines, chiming guitars and eerie mellotron paired with pop duets. The album is carved out of our rock-solid love of pure pop melodies.

Parallel with Marble Raft, Gabrielle is the lead singer and songwriter in the shoegaze band IBEN and Olle has previously been a member and songwriter in the indie pop bands Nanook of the North and Pineforest Crunch.

For those fond of music references, Marble Raft has been inspired by bands such as Alvvays, Jens Lekman, The Magnetic Fields, Cocteau Twins and Chairlift.
