DJ, producer and half of Room Trax label BLANKA joins moC for her first appearance with a 4-track EP including a remix by Rhythm Assembler aka MTD.

'Modern Regulations' is a wavy piece of hyperdynamic techno, channeling metallic synths and a whirlwinding synth lead into a hypnotic excursion. 'Echo In The Eternity' is equally attention-grabbing, with its heavy-hitting bassline and undulating synths, showcasing BLANKA’s ability to create mesmerising soundscapes. 'Strategy' balances off the high octane energy of the first two tracks with its more grave atmosphere but correspondingly fast-paced intensity. Rhythm Assembler takes on the title track, giving it a new twist, both figuratively and literally, adding raucous pads that enhance its industrial appeal.

First up is "Take You Back" which is a straight up mixture of breaks, disco and acid, starting out with a jangly guitar line over punchy kicks and snares, before dropping into a hefty 303 line. And what's more - it WORKS! Topped off with some looped vocals, this one's peak time fodder to get guys and girls moving!

Flipside "Bulldozer" takes (as the name suggests) a more heavyweight approach, drawing more on their big beat and rave influences with some beefed up breakbeats and low-slung live sounding bass. This one's part Chemical Brothers, part Fatboy Slim (circa 1996), bouncy and punchy, and a vocal that rides the beats perfectly. This is one to do damage to sound systems and set parties right off!"
