AnalyticTrail welcomes a new EP from Spanish artist Mikel Gil who previously featured a solo track on the imprint as part of a VA released in January of 2020.

This time Mikel Gil is back with a solo EP including three original tracks in the same dark and driving style he has featured on other labels such as Steve Mulder's Orange Recordings.

“Physical Sense” opens the release with its pounding kick drum and ominous vocal fused with explosive bursts from the grinding bassline before the acid, lead synth takes control.

Track two “Reflexion” has a sinister euphoria that ramps up the tension amidst the shadowy atmosphere and hard-hitting percussion.

Closing the EP is the hypnotic groove of “Escape” with a stripped back style that is perfect for mesmerising the dance floor with its trippy vocals.

Loose Records focuses on groovy techno, and is the sister label to Unrilis. The label has a focus on emerging talent, and it put out early releases from names like Luigi Madonna, Roberto Capuano, Raffaele Rizzi and Hybrasil.

The new release welcomes Martin Kinrus who has worked with Metodi Hristov's Set About and Ramon Tapia's Say What? label for example.

Martin Kinrus is from Buenos Aires in Argentina, where he is a part of the country's rising scene, which is fast becoming a breeding ground for a variety of techno talent.

First of the three original tracks to feature on this EP is 'Bandit' that starts with the relentless pounding of a distorted kick drum, which is joined by a pulsating bassline, and ominous euphoria of a powerful lead synth. Following the same formula, 'Basic' takes a similar approach, but only deeper and more hypnotic. 'Ritual' closes the release in epic style with trippy vocals and aggressive momentum.

The real name Emilio born in '89 is a DJ | Producer from Mondragone a town in the province of Caserta, Campania, Italy. Since he was a child he has a passion for music by studying piano and preparing mixes for his HipHop jam sessions. By attending clubs in the area such as Golden Gate, Metropolis and others he discovers his passion for Electronic sounds, and from there he begins to experiment and study Ableton and Minimal, House and Techno music. Set aside for years, this passion comes to light from January 2020 with this new MOODEMAN NOISE project which translated expresses its personality. "Mood is the noise of man".
