ブラジル、リオ・デ・ジャネイロより才能豊かなDJ Bandeira Beats （DJバンデイラ・ビーツ）を紹介します。ミュージシャン、プロデューサーとして、そして又、トランペット・プレーヤーとして世界的に著名な”PROHIPHOP”のオフィシャルBeat makerです。彼は”GROOVE JAMES”、そして”PROJETO TIM MAIA RACIONAL”というブラジルで大変著名なバンドでも活動していました。このTIM MAIA（ティム・マイア）というブラジルの国民的なミュージシャンは日本ではあまり知られていませんが、98年に他界するまでにファンク、ボサノバ、ディスコ、ロマンチック・ソング、アメリカンポップス、ロック、ジャズ、MPBなどの多くの作品を世に残した偉大なアーティストです。その彼が残した遺作の中で70年代にアン・リリースのアルバム（宇宙論やポジティブシンキングの先駆け的な題材？）が存在するらしく、リオの次世代ミュージシャンで継承する形でプロジェクトが組まれたとの事です。いわば、DJ Bandeira Beats （DJバンデイラ・ビーツ）はそういった大変ポジティブな要素の音楽家であると言う事ですね。現在、彼はインディペンデント・シーンでアーティストとして制作とプロモーションを行い、他のアーティスト達とアルバム、ミックステープやビデオのリリース、インディペンデント・シーンの持つ将来性やモバイル活用などの新しいテクノロジー利用などに取り組んでいます。彼は又、ブラジルアーティストのリリースの為に”BRAZILIAN BREAK BEATS SampleRS”というレーベル構想を具現化し始めています。それが自らが代表を務める”PROHIPHOP”という訳です。

（DJバンデイラ・ビーツ）の持つ、「音　楽」への多様性を持ってすれば音楽活動に困難な障害は多くは無いでしょう。彼の最大のミッションであるこのレーベル・ワークとは独自にプジティブな要素をふんだんに取り込み、様々な国や地域から集まるアーティストをサポートし、共に団結して明確な表現をするカルチャー・フィールドにさせる事です。この様な意図を持っている訳ですから （DJバンデイラ・ビーツ）の持つ魅力というのは単に制作だけではない事も伺えますね。
Official Beat maker and for the world renowned "PROHIPHOP", producer, musician and trumpet player, @DJBandeiraBeats is an ex member of the band "GROOVE JAMES" and "PROJETO TIM MAIA RACIONAL". He is currently producing and promoting the independent scene and it's artists, focusing on the releases of albums, mixtapes and videos bringing together artists and the cultural tecnological context in which the independant scene currently finds itself. He is currently president of the "BRAZILIAN BREAK BEATS SampleRS" label and producer for one of the most important hip hop labels in Brazil "PROHIPHOP". He is also a member of the label "DISPATCH JAPAN project BABEL PROJECT" together with "EVISBEATS AMIDA STUDIO" from Osaka, Japan and "HIPNUZ Clouting" from China. Together they have the intention of bringing together various artists from different countries in a collective with the concept of uniting players from diverse areas of musical production with positivity, articulation, support and involvement for the benefit of all.
