Next up in the series we have Antwerp local Supreems. His productions have been circling the globe for a few years now, receiving support from some big players in the scene like Bicep, Four Tet, Ross From Friends and Solomun, just to name a few. His releases have allowed him to zig-zag across Europe and play in some of its finest clubs, with Berghain Panoramabar as cherry on the cake. To say that we are delighted to have him contribute to our series is an understatement. 

Contrary to his productions, Supreems’ DJ-sets are a bit more eclectic, heavily influenced by the UK-scene in all its beauty and complexity. The man weaves together different genres and emotions seamlessly, leaving you wanting more, even after the 2h30 mix he made for us. With his debut album on the horizon and his latest Being EP sounding beautiful as ever, he certainly is one to watch. Have a taste of what’s to come and tune in to our Hot Series with Supreems.

There is an effectiveness and simplicity to Mall Grab’s house music
that very quickly made him a star. The artist from an Australian town
makes tracks as dusty as homeland, but imbued with feel good melodies,
irresistible drums and smart samples that elevated them above pure
tools. This raw, instinctive, unfussy sound has found him on labels
like Looking For Trouble as well as the Steel City Discs label he runs
with Jarred Kennedy and Jackson Fitzsimmons. Back in February he
stepped out with an EP under his own name in a mission of
“self-discovery” and it’s a journey the world continues to be closely
tuned in to.

His mix is a high octane selection of brilliantly physical sounds.
From supersized house to throwback breakbeats, he slams it all
together with a fist pumping efficiency that means two hours race by
in a flash.  It’s a fun mix, too, with old school rave flavours, saw
tooth stabs and bumping kicks all brimming with the sort of life that
makes Mall Grab such an appealing and accessible talent.

New boy on the block, @Hyasynthe is one of those who is not yet likely on your radar, alas, please believe us - he will be within the next year or so. A deft producer (check his unsigned piece for us below) and well as a superb selector and the proud owner of a fantastic trouser collection; the guy really does have it all, despite hailing from concrete jungle, Milton Keynes. 

This hour or so sports a wealth of material; bits from friends, his own unreleased gems and some heat you may well recognise. Hold this one close for the summer months on the horizon - it's a keeper.

The 4th entry in to our podcast series comes from the lovely @tomvalbyrotary
His track “Lost on Seahaven island”  appeared on the 4th Intergraded release (he made it off the island eventually just incase you were wondering). Its one of those records that gets lodged in your head and won’t leave anytime soon. Recalling classic Soul Capsule, its already soundtracked a lot of blissed out sunrise moments. 

Founder of the @valbyrotarylabel alongside Louf and Benito and a well known face on the Leeds scene where he got his raving credentials, his mix is a masterful balance of drums, out there sounds and beautiful melodies and has been on repeat listen since we first got it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
