A nostalgic dive into the golden era of 90s house, "Pleasure" is a celebration of dancefloor energy, timeless piano riffs, and soulful beats that nod to the roots of classic house music.

Library Fighter draws on his eclectic music background to create sounds that feel both familiar and fresh. His love for vintage synths, house piano, and deep grooves shines throughout, offering listeners a full spectrum of dance music’s emotional highs.

In his own words, Library Fighter describes the project as a passion piece that captures the essence of what he loves most about house music.

"I wanted to create something that felt like an homage to the golden era of house — those 90s tracks that really made you feel alive on the dancefloor. The piano in 'There's A Light' and 'The Time is Right' is all about that infectious energy, and with 'Pleasure,' I wanted to take things a bit deeper, more emotional. The whole process was really about tapping into that raw feeling of joy and connection that great house music gives you."

The "Pleasure" EP will be available on all major streaming platforms on 20th September.

On remix duties we welcome Hicky & Kalo. Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, these two know the game extremely well. Residents at Stereo Montreal and founders of the budding imprint Plaisirs Sonores Records, Hicky & Kalo are on a serious trajectory to stardom. Recently they have had multiple collaborations with Hernan Cattaneo and have released on some of the worlds biggest labels in their sphere. Marking his third release to date, San Diego-based producer Jack Emery unveils his enchanting ‘Halo’ EP on Purified Records. The title track opens with ethereal vocals and a serene arrangement, balancing intimacy and expansiveness. ‘Above The Clouds’ shifts to vibrant synth melodies and infectious rhythms, exuding playful energy, while ‘Rays of Hope’ closes the EP with a deep emotional build, soaring into a triumphant finale.

The ‘Halo’ EP artwork hosts a photograph taken by Kelsey Williamson, an adventurer and photographer passionate about exploring the world’s most remote and stunning regions. Her work captures untamed landscapes and underwater wonders, inspiring a deeper connection to the wild and a curiosity for the unknown.
There’s a pass in the South Pacific, off the island of Fakarava in French Polynesia, where the underwater world thrives—particularly for sharks. Known as "The Wall of Sharks," this pass is renowned for the hundreds of grey reef sharks that hunt at night and drift with the current during the day. Nearby, there’s a remarkable coral reef called the Magic Carpet Ride, which houses a vibrant ecosystem now facing the increasing threat of coral bleaching. Despite being relatively free of agricultural runoff, the reef is slowly deteriorating, which underscores a sobering reality: if a place like this is struggling, it highlights a serious global issue we must address.
