3rd Avenue specializes in traditional prog house that, ultimately, spawned its forerunner, Sound Avenue. While approaching 200 releases, the sub-label presents a truly artistic revival. “Optasia” was originally produced by Dio S, who continues to strike chords at home and on the dancefloor. His listener-friendly music constitutes many further points of view. Thus, LADS now makes an “overly complicated” debut! The acronymic sobriquet of Luc Angenehm and Deep Suite blends German finesse with South African soul. Radiating both qualities, their remix strips things down but maintains ample Eastern influence.
