not alone is a seattle based band comprised of bassist/guitarist chase edson, drummer blake johnson, lead guitarist/vocalist sam nemiroff and guitarist/vocalist esteban ortiz.   after quite a few local shows they decided to record a debut single, “talk you down”, at the hall of justice recording studio, which released on may 22nd, 2018. later, in july of 2019, they recorded their second single, “angela”, in blake’s dining room. it was during that summer the band decided to finally record and release their debut album.   strapped for cash, the band turned to Airbnb for their studio. self-recording 10 songs in 4 days took its toll, but by the end of the final day, almost everything was complete. the album, titled "Instead of Sleeping", was released on september 14th, 2020.   but from the bottom of our hearts, we truly appreciate your support.
