Born on December 16, 1989. Surviver was raised in Baltimore, Md. At the age of 10 years old Surviver was shot in the chest by a stray bullet on Glenwood avenue in the summer of 2000 witch was one of the many reasons where he got his artist name. In Surviver's earlier years, growing up in flaghouse projects he listened to late greats such as The Notoriuos B.I,G, Tupac, & also artist like DMX, Nas and ‪Jay-Z‬. Once Surviver started really getting into music, he then started his own music empire known as "FAMAFIA MUSIC GROUP". Famafia stands for Family & Music Mafia stands for business x loyalty. Surviver feels that family and music is a very inspirational aspect in his life. You can tell that family is a great influence on his life because on some of his tracks he expresses it a lot. Surviver have been known to have the ability to switch styles of his music & also write r&b as well with hit singles like his tracks " What You Know  " & I Swear his  new EP titled “ Authentic Ways “  will be a very successful piece of hip hop in the new sounds of music today stay tune for what this artist going bring to the music wave in years to come.
