Maher Daniel has been gaining substantial recognition in the past few years in the techno and house scene.

The San Francisco born DJ and Producer's career career really started to propel when he secured his residency at Montreal at the Stereo Nightclub, opening for some of the most recognized artists including Sasha, Ricardo Villalobos and Richie Hawtin. Since then, and with a move to rapidly ascending dance music center Barcelona in the mix, Maher has released on a who's who of the world best labels, starting with Bedrock and Rejected, moving on to All Day I Dream, Get Physical, Leftroom, My Favorite Robot, and Souvenir, and now gaining significant traction on No. 19 Music.

Needless to say, Maher has also graced the decks of some of the world's finest clubs, venues, and festivals, including Watergate (Berlin), Treehouse (Miami), Creamfields, ADE, Fabric (London), Spybar (Chicago), and the list goes on.

Today, we are proud to present this talented DJs take on deep dub and melodic techno house with the latest instalment in our podcast series. "Here you go, the first VA release on my label Propaganda Records called ‘Zbirka’, made, in the best traditions of wax, on 180 gram inside-out black vinyl in a gold sleeve. 
On it are five different but equally solid tracks worthy of your attention. ‘Tooman’ is typical of Ukrainian Yate’s minimal and groovy style. ‘The Story Behind Everything’ is a quality minimal track produced by a very talented Romanian producer who decided to take the alias nSd. In the end it's not that important to know WHO it is because his music speaks for itself. ‘Machinebag’ is made by Dani Casarano and Felipe Valenzuela; this one is techno for the dance floor. ‘Safari’ by me is that rare moment when I am interested to make something in the studio. I was very much supported to bring this track out by Nikolay Bogomolov, actually a young drum and bass producer from the Ukrainian city Dniepropetrovsk. A special thing about the track is its mix of techno and bass sounds. And finally, a key track of this release, the one so many of you were waiting for, ‘Journeyman’ produced by the previously unknown and youngest music maker on my label, Matteo Papachiolli, featuring the deep, sexy voice of Rich Medina. Eigene Produktionen findet man von Thomas auf zahlreichen verschiedenen Labels wie Freude am Tanzen, Brise Records, Biotop, Rotary Cocktail Recordings, ESIW Records und einigen anderen. Er ist ein viel gebuchter, leidenschaftlicher DJ, der genau weiß, wie man den Dancefloor zum kochen bringt. Seine Musik ist irgendwo zwischen technoiden Klängen und fidelem House einzuordnen. Diese stark treibende Mischung ist genau das richtige zur Peaktime!

The sound echoed in the dusty chamber. A small crowd had gathered to observe him play in what was a beautifully orchestrated environment. The audio was crystal clear, it landed softly upon the ears of the delicate audience as they stared fiercely into the darkness. For he was not visible, at least not to the naked eye, the vamp was all that was important in this place, not his outward appearance, tattered clothes or distant gaze. The music was all that mattered. 

Arkajo makes up one half of the infamous Genius Of Time duo. His solo work sees him draw upon darker influences, more akin to the sound of murky back room club.
