DVD MAN and the Curse of Benjamin Fr.'s Pancreas

PROLOGUE
	I walk across the barren sand of the Arizona desert. Boulder Cove was one of the first places to be hit by the bombardment of nukes. The Biomass has ruled over the waste for 15 years now, people have left the bunkers, while we, the Mutants, are hunted and killed. My brother, Kon, and I were the first of the biomass’s Mutants, our skin was the color of coal, and one leg and one arm were white as snow, we wandered the wasteland to hunt the humans, to take their bodies to our master, and create new mutants, our brothers. The humans have set up a town far from our reach, “Boulder Cove” They call it, and they cast us out, but we have a plan: to attack the military base under the mountain and kill them all. However, she has told us to wait, listen, and feel their fear grow, or we can wait for them to feel safe then we will strike them. Me and my brother must hunt more, I feel The Biomass’s thoughts stray away from mine, she grows distant from me, and Kon feels the same. I must think.

Day 47:
	I don't understand what we are doing, yesterday Kon and I raided a camp with 14 people, 7 men,3 women, and 4 children. We killed the men, causing mass panic in the camp, after we killed 2 of the women, we found the last one, and the children. I have never seen a child in my short life as a mutant, but we both hesitated. The woman spoke after seeing our hesitation, and we copied her speech, we learned English within hours, and we were the first mutants to do so as well. In turn for letting them live, she provided us with clothing, weapons, and books to learn. It was worth it, and since then Kon has been reading the books she gave us. We set up camp on an outcropping to the southeast of the Atomkick factory. That night my connection with the Biomass was realized, she knows that I, and Kon by default, were too smart, and we were able to learn without the biomass. The raid is in a couple of days, so I must prepare.

Day 53
	I don't want to be here. 
	Why him?
	Why did they leave us behind?

Day 61
	I buried Kon behind our old camp. I broke my connection with the Biomass and swore to kill all Mutants that came my way. But I found out I can still hear the thoughts of the Biomass but she can't hear me, I can use this.
	Before his passing, Kon taught me how to read, write, and speak English. I used this to read more books in the Boulder Cove Library. I used the knowledge I gathered to determine how the world before worked, they were diplomats and workers, and I intend to be a business owner. I meet a man named Big Iron Bill, a kind man he is, and he owns a scrap store up north of my camp. During my visit, he somehow figured out that I was a mutant despite covering as much skin as possible. He helped me hide from some officers looking for me. I hid in his armor pile and he convinced the officers that I wasn’t there. I'll go back there later, but I have been feeling someone watching me, I saw him once roaming around a crashed helicopter. Confronting him is my best bet for him. 

Day 68
	I caught that man who stalks my shack at night, he is genuinely insane, he talks about a box he married, and calls himself “Scrappy” with an exclamation mark. I had to tie him to a post to restrain him because he continued to slip from my grasp. I interrogated him and learned nothing other than the password for the Crater View elevator, as well as the location of a barge and two islands in the lake south of here, I'll go fishing with the folks there and sell it at Crater View. I also met another man today, he is like Kon. His name is Omega, he is wise, strong, and intelligent, like a brother or father figure to me. He offered to help improve my shack into an actual house, at the cost of him being a roommate, I allowed it, compony would be nice other than Scrapy. Speaking of Scrapy, I let him off the post 2 days ago, and he just sticks around, he helps hunting and is useful when the raiders come by, with him and Omega, those bastards can't take anything from us. It's getting late and I need some sleep.
