New Releases

Say hello to the 3rd release of our label's new era. Again label honcho David Gausa is in charge of launching his new works, being this EP the last release of his new tracks made during the first lockdown of 2020.  

"Colossal Sphere" is the track that gives continuity to Gausa's renewed creative line, with the inclusion of frenetic eighth notes main bass line assisted by solid and strong drums. The track gives off its maximum grandeur on its breakdown, which uncovers an epic analog electronica main lead kind "arms in the air", ideal for a lighting and projections show in a big venue or festival.

  On the 'b-side' we find "April Attack", in which an electrofunk main bass line gives the strength to the track. Matched with arpeggiated synths that are uncovered at the main breakdown, it makes this piece suitable for pick time moments.

Label honcho David Gausa is in charge of launching his new and first project of the year, this also being our first 2022 release.

"Moving Forward" is a deep melodic techno piece, a true journey, with a tremendous warm kick-punch and a strong but hot percussive and hypnotic bass line, that evolves towards various harmonic openings containing a main melody that creates a very unique tension, leading to an emotional and epic 'hands in the air' breakdown. Sutil Records returns with the fifth release of its new era, where the label for the moment continues to only deliver the musical projects of its head honcho, David Gausa, who after having immersed himself with instrumental tracks on his previous recent works, now returns with a vocalized song.

"Memories Of You" is featured by the singer Alex Lark from Sweden,  and the composition of the lyrics has been done alongside the respected musician George Nakas, who has worked with Axwell (from Swedish House Mafia) on multiple occasions. 

This new music piece is a melodic house & techno track with a melancholic main lead from the classic Solina synth, which enjoys an epic arpeggiated breakdown melody that gives way to a hands-in-the-air main drop. There is also an instrumental version of this song.

David Gausa, head honcho and host of the acclaimed official radio show/podcast of the label, https://soundcloud.com/davidgausa-sutilsensations, is in charge of relaunching the label with his new solo single. Made during the global lockdown of March-April 2020, this piece reflects the hope and positivism for the whole world to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic state.

After the warm welcome of the relaunch of our https://soundcloud.com/sutilrecords-sutilvox label with its 1st release, now we introduce to you the 2nd one of this..., our brand-new era!

A new project made by David Gausa, who on this occasion had the participation in the distance of his good friend Pisuke Lawyer, who provided him with several ideas and sequences, and that after several years as a project "pending completion", was fully finished during the first global lockdown of March-May 2020.

If you are a good movie buff, you will know the film "Duel" by the legendary director Steven Spielberg. If that film had to make an electronic soundtrack for dance floors, this piece would be the right one! "Spielberg's Duel" is a tribute to that movie,

A haunting Melodic House & Techno track with a non-stop bass line that leads to a magical breakdown that breaks the strength of its drums and leads you to a moment of hope, and all of it supported by a horn synth that lives up to the horn of the giant trailer that moves menacingly on the roads of California.

On January 2006, DAVID GAUSA won a prize from DEEJAYMAG 2005 for the best BREAKTHROUGH LABEL for its work at the head of SUTIL RECORDS, and not enough with this on February 2006 got this same award (HOSTED BY SGAE) for its work heading SUTIL VOX, which shows the massive spirit (Club House) of SUTIL RECORDS. Now that SUTIL RECORDS and SUTIL VOX continue going around the world, this label has shot high at an exclusive design online store which is getting a bunch of positive opinions from the industry and public: Sutil Coffee Shop, that now has evolved and is called SUTIL SHOP, and it forms part of the new label website launched in May 2012: www.sutilrecords.com
