A gentle  improvisation. It is the most honest way for me to express myself and the way I feel. My music is like my diary. Everything is played for a reason. I have realized that every day is a good day, I have learned. Don't let even one day slip through your fingers unnoticed. Make each day count toward your growth as a human being - who you have become over time while ever-changing. I have been writing music for more than 50 years while as a piano teacher and musician. I have created a lot of history. But time isn't infinite. No one knows how many days they will have, so make each day count.

Written listening to Nature... The calming sounds of our home, Earth. So lucky. Recently I achieve good results from both finding a reliable thought flow listening to either instrumental music or nature. I'm even teaching my kids it's important, if they come at me while I'm thinking/in that flow and it's nothing critical for them... a simple hand signal is all it takes and they leave me be. They appreciate that your mind had to be silent to think properly. Or at least they will in the future when they remember me doing it. This also helps my attention time for them as you end up writing things very very quickly. So I actually don't spend a huge amount of time writing songs. I just use the time of silence, or maybe better put, the time of minimal distraction, as well as I can and I surprise myself everyday how quickly ideas get put on a page when you find that mode properly

We walked around the trees!

The very odd yes was tasked
Yet most we could afford
Yet Mum and Dad knew we grow when bored

Boredome seeds imagination
No to want sees soul in station
Appreciation, Life's nature walk
Materialism, disease for human hawk

Now on humanity we swoop
Good talons open
Come fly new group
Real balanced hopes, on.
