Born in 1995, CRYSMA discovered his cross-genre love of music at an early age. Through a more or less voluntary visit to a festival in 2014, he heard techno live for the first time and has been addicted to the dark and pounding electronic sounds ever since.

In 2018 he embarked on a new musical journey, starting as a DJ and in 2019, he took his musical pursuits even further by diving into the world of Ableton production, adding another layer of creativity to his repertoire.

Music Career:

Lucas, better known by his stage name Pulsebeat, is an emerging producer in the Berlin music scene. His primary genre is Darktechno, although he occasionally ventures into other areas such as Hardtekk and Hardtechno. As a newcomer with an independent approach, he has made a name for himself without the support of a label.

His breakthrough came with the track "Lieber DJ," a reinterpretation of an older song by Tekknoheimer, Froggy, and the little Lisa. This song marked an early success for Pulsebeat and showcased his potential in the Darktechno genre.

Lucas uses the music software Ableton for producing his tracks, which provides him the flexibility to develop his unique sound. His live performances have gained him recognition in well-known Berlin clubs such as M-Bia Berlin and Der Weise Hase Berlin, where he has also demonstrated his skills as a live act.

Collaborations:

In the early days of his career, Lucas collaborated with Dave Delicious, from whom he learned a lot about spinning Minimal and Techno. However, a more significant collaboration was with Extinct westlich, through which he gained valuable experience in the Darktechno genre and achieved greater success.

Pulsebeat remains an artist who, despite—or perhaps because of—his independence, finds his own musical niche in the dynamic Berlin techno scene.
