For this release we are happy to give you an interesting set put together by LoKKoTRONN. He is the co-founder and resident DJ of Erratic in New York City. Erratic was established in the middle of 2011 by a small team of Techno aficionados who are passionate about the music and determined to bring the niche in the scene in New York City.

For the next hour LoKKoTRONN takes us on a joyride through the landscape of techno music, ranging from melodic tunes to pulsating drone tracks.

We proudly present the next Distorted Perception Podcast.
Drone Division, a project started in 2015, does not concentrate on a person itself but rather focuses on a disembodied persona generated by abstract electronic sounds. This pulls the listener into a dark mood, allowing him to let go, constantly getting caught in a dense energetic bubble.
Extensive tension curves, slowly rising up to their explicit climax, discharge in their origin, while a combination of experimental soundscapes float over an unwavering kick foundation.
The unusual interplay between noisy synth structures and rattling percussive elements bears the complete sonorous mania: always luring, but never fully redeeming itself.

Storytelling is an often forgotten virtue in electronic music.
This story right here is about the future, about the fragile love that humanity has to new humanoid like technologies.Technologies, that will soon challenge us to a fight.
A vision that becomes audible.

Individual powerhouses of production, Avatism and Clockwork have become one of the most exciting duos on dance music's current circuit. The turn of a new month brings the warmly welcomed news of their debut album as CW/A, Words Unspoken, Acts Undone.

In the lead-up to its release on Parachute Records, the guys have come forth with a celebratory Upfront of LP exclusives,. Following in the album's footsteps, the mix travels through the spectrum of electronic sounds, spanning comprehensively from techno's meditative slowburner to the bass-orientated peaktime track, and back again. Additional nods to Kero - the name behind all of Parachute's artwork - for the special curation on this Upfront mix.

Words Unspoken, Acts Undone is due out (physi + digi) on 16th October.

Reggy Van Oers (RVO) has shown himself to be a DJ of class and a highly respected producer over the years. With a clear philosophy on the creation and manipulation of sound we can find his productions played by a large variety of artists across the globe. It is no surprise he is often asked to release on a wide range of labels which also paved the way to collaborate with well respected artists. His music has seen releases on labels like The Gods Planet, Informa, Affin and Green. It is safe to say his deep, minimalistic and atmospheric techno has definitely not gone unnoticed.

With his platform Telemorph, a tight bond between all artists involved, he creates a special place for solo releases and fruitful collaborations in order to expand their distinct musical journey.

To extend this philosophy even further he founded Morph, with which he brings that same vision of sound to the embodiment of his concept. The artistic freedom and (label)family-spirited feel of the nights allow artists to be fully immersed into their craft. Mindset and artistry are the key pillars of these events.

"Once a year in honor of the old Ostgut tradition, Berghain closes its doors to the straight crowd and unleashes a no-holds barred gay marathon where anything goes. Due to the circumstances of it being a different crowd and different vibe, I figured I'd upload the set which is a bit harder and funkier than I typically play." -DZ
