It's hard to pinpoint Parisian producer, Twenty9's sound, but the amalgamation of all his influences definitely amounts to something extremely nostalgic. The feeling is undeniable thanks to breezy rhodes and warm 80s analogue sounds and there's also no doubt that his work would slot right into the catalogue of artists pioneering that unmistakeable 'Toronto' sound. 

'So Far Ahead' is the first single off TapeTrack Vol. 3, which we see as a dedication to modern R&B. It's a reminder to where the R&B scene is moving thanks to modern classics like Frank's "Channel Orange" and Drake's last record. Coupled with sub knocking bass, Twenty9's given us something distinctly him with this release.

The Crusade

Hello everyone! It's been a while. I'm happy to share with you my latest project, The Shimmering.  The Shimmering is an album that is dedicated and serves as a tribute to the old-school RPG Ahriman's Prophecy, developed by Aveyond Studios (formerly Amaranth Games) and released on March 7, 2004. It's a game I rather enjoyed back in my childhood  years and I always wanted to compose some music inspired by it. In this album I'm I am returning to my foundational pursuits in the composition of ambient music. It contains shorter dreamy tracks with more emphasis on atmospheric ambience. Enjoy~

SVNSET WAVES is so excited to welcome back an old friend and introduce a new one! Dortmund-based producer eeph and vocalist Jani from Leipzig created their new 3-track EP, "Focus and Distraction" over the course of numerous phone calls, data transfers, and in-between-lockdown meetups in September 2020. 'Focus and Distraction' tells about loss, the desire to find healing amidst chaos, and the process of letting go of the past. It explores a transitional phase in which self-reflection and observation become necessary in order to move on. Eeph translates words into music, incorporating Jani's voice and instrumental recordings to create a musical space that offers both familiarity and novelty. 

Focus and Distraction is out on March 24th - so until then, enjoy Resolve!
