You get to capture the essence of a lyrically poetic artist, such as Casanova Mills whom produces his own music. He portrays a lot of character when making his songs. His voice is like a narrator of a book, but not just any book. It’s his book of life that creates a cool stigma of your vivid imagination. Casanova Mills has a unique capability in telling his story that touches a nerve and captures the heart’s of his audience. They can relate to the hard and good times that he has experienced through his life. There aren’t too many artists who can create an Audio Book with music like Casanova Mills. His message takes everyday activities of people who are not wealthy and living realistically beneath society by painting a picture that others can be loved in their own skin just as the more fortunate.

“I’m not a freestyle rapper, battle rapper or RMX rapper. I’m an original yet non-average Artist, Poet, Writer and Producer. I don’t remix classics,” said Casanova Mills. “I respect others that carry emotion, but the talent to craft is in making studio records.” Casanova Mills is different from others because he never stays in one lane. He is a backpack rapper on Trap and Pop beats which is a mixture that is very unusual with today’s music industry.

This 26 year old Rap/Hip Hop artist is set for 2015 releases of his Mixed CD (DEMIGOD). Casanova Mills has release his first music video, My Demons that portrays the skeletons in his closet being a reflection of his life while he is fine tuning his Debut EP. He has his own flare behind staying true to his name, earning him the name Casanova Mills who is not afraid to tell the world his hidden issues.

At age 11, Casanova Mills started writing poems and listening to hip hop music. He is a fan of HBO’s Def Poetry Jam which inspired him to write with rhythm. He shared his poetry with his parents and repeatedly won talent showcases and freestyle battles. Casanova Mills worked on developing his own unique style that converted his poetry into lyrics with his mixing & mastering skills. This was the beginning of a hobby before realizing that he had a natural authentic talent. The strong belief in others that had faith in his achievements led him to taking a more serious music career path. His parents wanted him to stay in school so he kept his mind in the books while his heart continued to stay in front of the mic to polish his skills as an artist.

He continues to prove to others time and time again that he will be charming to the industry, such as with his opportunities in opening up for 50 Cent, Method Man, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Marcus Houston, Wu Tang, One Republic, Omarion, Remy Ma and more. One of his greatest achievements musically took place at age 18 in 2007 when his single, Make Me Say featuring Mai Lee sold 60,000 plus units on iTunes without a Label. Casanova Mills went on to making a name for himself by dropping his first Mixtape, On the Grind with over 16,000 CD’s sold at the beginning of his music journey.

Leading this music career doesn’t end here with Casanova Mills. He is the Founder of his indie label, High Class Grads, LLC (HCG) that has major online distribution and the capabilities to make all artists under the label chart eligible for Billboard in multiple countries.

Creating a local buzz hasn’t been an issue for Casanova Mills and he has confidently moved into other areas, such as Wilmington, North Carolina to further his music career by collaborating with southern artists who landed him on the Port’s most known Hip Hop DVD, Stop, Drop & Spit. Presently, Casanova Mills is traveling the world for performance show bookings by known Dj’s & Radio Personalities in their states and noticed by major magazines. During his grind, Casanova Mills remains at peace with a positive energy that activates a constant elevation.
