Label Co-Founder 'Swales' offers up his first release on @rhythmdepartmentrecords with’ The House Vibe EP’. A feel good mixture of genuine house vibes guaranteed to make you move.

A1 - ‘I Can’t Let You Go’ kicks off the EP on a high with infectious vocals, brass stabs and jackin’ drums all tied together by a formidable piano arrangement. 

A2 - ‘The One’ takes a sleazy turn into a flawless late night house cut. Featuring gritty Rhodes stabs and hypnotising vocals it describes the story of a personal connection to the music on the dance floor.

B1 - ‘Feel The Energy’ on the flip side ups the tempo once again and delivers the ideal combination of house and garage. Expect lush instrument licks and rolling drums perfect for any occasion. 

B2 - ’Thinkin’ closes the EP. Last but most definitely not least, the track takes a decisively more mellow approach than the rest of the EP utilising chopped vocals, xylophone melodies and filtered chords. Perfect to tide you over until sunrise.

Novaj 新し Records is pleased to announce its new EP on the label, with new sonorities and tones. Indeed, the EP consists of two original tracks from the Germans Lootbeg & bajazo. These two artists are good for creating soaring
deep music, influenced by Lo-Fi or breakbeat. In addition, they also jointly manage the label "A Friend In Need Records" which is a benchmark for the Novaj community. Then we have 2 remixes, one from Di Barsotti, creator, manager of Novaj, and the other from Marc Brauner, a new talent from the Berlin deep house scene. This release was considered during the quarantine because of the Covid-19. that's why we decided to respond to this strange period with the music we love so much. We hope that these light deep house sounds with Lo-Fi and Breakbeat influences will touch the hearts of electronic music enthusiasts.
