Take Two month continues with 1958's The Fly! Brandon Ledet, from Swampflix, joins Pete and Aaron to buzz about this great entry in 1950s horror.

Listen as we shoo away the naysayers, and say this movie can land on us anytime! We'll hold the vinegar, as we say, "Honey, we've found an enjoyable movie that is worth your time.

THE FLY (1958)

Just before 1990, three "under the sea" thrillers came out, all around the same time, and are frequently confused for one another. DeepStar Six, about an undersea crew setting up a Navy missile launch center, Leviathan about an undersea mining crew working for a corporation, and James Cameron's The Abyss, about Ed Harris looking pissed off to be wet. 

We'll take on the first two movies today, and put them head to head to see which one of these is more worthy. There are plenty of other fish movies under the sea, but today, we must choose one.

Mutated slugs are eating up a small American town, and the only people that can stop them are a sanitation worker and a health inspector. City workers: are they the real heroes?
