The dazzling Marvabot (based on the unused Robot 98 and Robot 100) takes the role of Flowey. They’re a charismatic sort, often hanging around the Sanctuary, waiting to make a name for themselves. What that entails is a mystery, of course, but perhaps humans unlucky enough to get on their bad side may find out through a little bit of... Drama! Action! Bloodshed!

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore III, the Exiled Queen ending, details an ending in which only Undyne and Asgore have been killed. Toriel tried to claim the throne, but threats of a coup quickly sent her back to the Ruins. Now the Underground is in a state of instability and semi-anarchy. Humans are to be treated as...well, it's unclear right now, but it's not good.

Flowey takes the role of Sans. He's pretty chummy with you this time around, really looking out for you...is he up to something? ...probably.

[Aftergore III] Insider Information

Shipwrecked is a roleshift AU that makes role changes based on popular ships. These are not necessarily ships that we believe in, just ones that have some popularity within the fandom.
I'd classify the AU as taking itself half-seriously. It legitimately has its own style and ideas, but we might not do other stuff for it and it acknowledges how silly its own premise is.
The AU details a timeline after a botched reset by Asriel, in which he gets to be the protagonist, but no one remembers him. Not even his parents.
Along with the ship swaps, there are also some miscellaneous other changes just for the fun of it. For example, the Ruins are styled after Snowdin.

Natureled is a brand new roleshift AU, centering around So Sorry and his very own comic! In this story, he’s the one having an adventure. It’s about time he gets the spotlight!

Gaster takes the role of Asgore. He is the leader of the Project. As much he tries to break the barrier with science, that much of life is disappearing from the underground. Not that life is going away, some monsters disappeared during the Project. He is now owning the throne, and the whole underground. No one can run away from this Project. No one.
