Flexi head-honcho Relative @r_elative is back in action with another solo 12" from his dusty studio music madness. 
Simone turns on his Juno 106 and 808 tom giving us an amazing original mix, with a classic, dance floor oriented 4/4 vibe. 
Moving forward, you must just close your eyes and take the first flight to Detroit to meet mr Javonntte, house-maestro from the soul, musician and singer who adds extra emotional vocal feeling to the track… alongside the remix by the established producer DJ Aakmael that gives us the proper deep groove.
Closing track of the EP is "Love Has No Tempo", based on a catchy vocal sample that hits a solid breaks drums structure together with an evolving acid bassline.

"Infinitives" is one of the tracks that compose the EP "Brokenbits vol.1" soon to be released on vinyl and digital. It's a track that has a nice Jack J touch for those who know. It's deep, well crafted but airy at the same time. A great piece of music to enjoy any time, any day.

Premiere - Jeppe Wolmer - Infinitives

Japanese artist Takaya @takayatetsuka releases his debut EP on The Groove Stage @thegroovestage with this 4-tracker offering a taste of his own deep & mellow sound.

For Takaya, it all started a few years ago while travelling to America. His influences take roots in the house music scenes of Toronto and Detroit. Takaya started DJing while in NY, a passion that smoothly led him to production through sampling and editing. 

This "Street Edits" digital EP is the first beautiful result of his musical experiments. We are delighted to share with you the closing track of the EP "Deep Concentration", a house cut deeply rooted in the oldschool scene, reminding us the legendary tune "Atmostphere" from Kerri Chandler. 

The EP will be out on December 19th on the Leicester-based label The Groove Stage.

It seems an eternity since City Fly’s last release with homegrown bad boy The Last Trip To Gandahar back in the summer of 2018. The EP received love from underground cats and mainstream players alike - even appearing on BBC Radio 1 and receiving rave reviews in both DJ Mag & Mixmag.

Moving into 2020, they launch the first in their ‘Fly Family’ compilation albums, calling upon an array of underground all-stars from around the globe to make up this 12 track album of previously unreleased / original cuts. The album is drenched in deep, soul flecked bombs ranging from the jazzy hip-hop intro from Cologne's Ugly Drums who teams up with Detroit MC :brownstudy to the heads down, no nonsense 'Warehouse Shit' from Simbad.
