This is my selection for the 2024 edition of @Saturo-Sounds Sonic Gems 💎

It is essentially a mix of favourite tracks released over the past year. As ever it was incredibly hard to select only an hour's worth of music, but this selection seemed to work well for the late night radio slot 🌕🌌🚀

Hailing from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Des is a talented DJ with a broad love of music, and the ability to put together captivating mixes in multiple genres. He has also been a great supporter of the Undercurrents mixes since the early days, so it makes me extremely happy that he agreed to record a mix for the show 😊 Des has fully embraced the Undercurrents sound, and presents a fantastic guest mix that diverges from his usual Saturo style. 📖 Artist Bio:

Des started mixing in 2019 to help with his mental health. His taste is very eclectic and will listen to almost any style of music depending on his mood.

His DJ style would be classed as organic and melodic. Blending the sounds of organic house with some melodic house/techno.

Macrocosm can be found on Saturo Sounds on the 4th Wednesday of the month 5pm till 7pm GMT.

Des co-hosts the Explorations 2 Progressions along with fellow NUKAF member Kev Myles, along with other fellow DJs within the group. These shows are streamed on Twitch at twitch.tv/des_tweedie
