A Marshall Ayers walks a fine line between classic and original.  The balancing act defines who he is as a singer, song writer, guitarist, and person. Everything the bay area artist does is steeped in a love of popular music spanning genres and decades:  the melody and soul of 50’s R&B, the harmonic complexity of 60s Pop,  the honest simplicity of 70’s country. Currently performing a solo live set reminiscent of Nathaniel Rateliff , Early Leon Bridges, and solo Jeff Buckley; Including a mix of melody driven classic covers arranged for voice, and guitar spanning Soul, R&B, County, Rock, and Pop.
