"It took a long time of incubation and many collaborative work for Konvex & The Shadow to create their first solo EP on AZZUR.
Nowadays, most of electronic musicians try to spend as less time as possible to produce their tracks because it’s only business for them.

Konvex and The Shadow acts different, why ? Because, music mean a lot to them. They want people to chill and their music to last. They try to give back all the love and emotions they have been receiving all their live from electronic music. So, instead of accumulating generic drum loops and alien music phrases, each element is carefully crafted with a meaningful attitude. "Far From Us » opens this EP on a melancholic and hopeful atmosphere with a beautiful etheral breakdown. Its impressive technicality, made of real musician takes, precise arrangements, subtle to ridiculous modulations and a radical mixing was meant to bring an incredible journey to the listeners.
"Bongolistic" and "9" are really straightforward catchy tracks, aim to provide perfect tools for the DJ. They are both essentially made of live recorded percussions that brings a classy human touch to the electronic atmosphere. With no doubts, these two tracks should bring a feel of magic and originality to any playlist.

Poker Flat label boss Steve Bug connects with one of Spain’s most inspirational producers and DJs - Uner. The results, predictably, are dancefloor gold.
