Alex Niggemann’s forward thinking label Aeon recently celebrated five years at the forefront of cutting edge music. To k ick off 2019, Kincaid makes his debut on the label. The EP is the first in a string of exceptional music to come this year.  
The four track EP kicks off in style with On The Back Of A Serpent . An Italo-tinged number with Kincaid's trademark live sounding drum programming. It’s an instant club rocker with trippy vocal snippets that draw the listener into an ethereal, spine tingling breakdown. Stare Into My Monstera begins with a driving groove and dissonant Rhodes, building subtly but relentlessly towards a euphoric Nord lead motif which reappears throughout. A track that will undoubtedly find favour with the discerning Burner crowd. Papoose starts with middle eastern influenced sounds and insistent Timpani accents, before locking into a groove which hypnotises and intrigues in equal measure. Finally It Said - ft Sinàl is a darker affair featuring the sinister vocals of both Kincaid and Sinàl themselves. A ‘lights off / strobe on’ growler, this is one for fans of late night trippy moments - and further displays the diverse number of styles which Kincaid is becoming well known for. 
Kincaid may be a fresh face to many but those in the know will be familiar with his unique brand of diverse and genre bending sounds. Breaking through in 2018, notable highlights include a debut release on Moscoman’s Disco Halal and an EP on Sabo’s Sol Selectas plus a plethora of support from titans of the scene; Rampa and &Me, Jennifer Cardini, The Juan MacLean, Roman Fluegel, all the way to Dixon and Âme, who opened their Innervisions show at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall with his remix of Blancmange’s What’s The Time .

We can say that love and music are fuels that ignite the productions of Binaryh, and that consequently take them farther and farther. The musical strength of this couple is reaching greater proportions with each new release, and after a first collaboration of great success with the Prisma Techno, we invite the duo to an EP only with original tracks.

Composed by three tracks, the EP starts with the title track, 'Hydra', which has already been played in major festivals by big techno names such as Tale of Us and D-Nox. The track features an acidic and hypnotic atmosphere, holding our attention continuously until Hydra's revelation: a strongly impacting, intense and energetic drop that releases our deepest feelings on the dance floor. It is impossible not to be affected with such energy!

In the sequence, 'Cerberus' takes us into the underworld through a steady stream, dense bass and outstanding timbres, leading us to a mysterious and engaging climate, until the climax of the track. An intro version of 'Cerberus' is also available, exploring the melody of the original track, as well as the apotheosis elements and unique musical characteristics of its creators. Take a deep breath and immerse yourself in this experience!

'After the success of Part 1, Stripped Down serves up a second EP of fantastic remixes of ‘Kunuaka’ from Makossa & Megablast’s seminal album of the same name. This time Booka Shade, Stereo MC’s, DJ T., Jenia Tarsol, Chaim, Sado V all come correct. 

First up are Get Physical label founders and melodic dance-pop icons Booka Shade. They flip the track into something warm and rubbery, with rich and classy melodies dancing over the woody beats. Then come Stereo MCs, whose Connected label is one of the best for lovers of afro tinged and organic house. DJ T. is a giant of the scene offers two versions. Jenia Tarsol made a name with an Ibiza residency alongside Guy Gerber‘s RUMORS and has gone on from his Israeli roots to be a real international presence. For his remix he was joined in the studio by Chaim and Sado V from Red Axes and the result is something special.'

Exclusive Time To Sleep - Lungo Mare

Named after one of Croatia's most beautiful coastal prominades Pula-based artist Time To Sleep makes his Disco Halal Singles Club debut with Lungo Mare. The take captures some of the artist's musical influences and comes with a rather funky almost rock-ish bass line, which is enriched with a bleeping lead synth that in the course of the track is groomed with a glitch adding even more raw- and edginess to it. It's those little details that Time To Sleep prepared Lungo Mare with that keeps the listener hooked to the track and making it sound intriguing. But in all the aforementioned roughness Time To Sleep's approach has beauty shining through and possibly describing the twelve kilometer lasting path Lungo Mare, when having overcome as well as to take on some burden before rewarded with beautiful sundowners and views over Adriatic Sea.

Time To Sleep's single Lungo Mare will be released on Disco Halal Singles Club on May 1st, 2020.

You may already know this one… We lock-in the first reload of our burgeoning story so far with a return to Darlyn Vlys's 'Wuzu'. Previously featured on the second V/A 'Muy Duro' EP, it's loaded with an instantly recognisable desert-bound vocal, a warm undulating bassline and that perfect balance between space and tribal intensity.
