PREMIERE : Naeiiv - Voue (Original Mix)]Infinite Depth]

The German Naeiiv is the one who provided the 25th EP of the label. He created two rhythmical and moreover fresh tracks, which are very interesting and renewing. The title track of the EP is called 'Vault' and the second track, 'Voue', got a sensational breakbeat remix by another German talent, called Vintash.

'Vault' is truly one of a kind. A 'perfect chaos' could be seen as the theme of the track. It starts off with a firm kick and some unexpected drums, which are complemented by other impressive individual elements. During the track a harsh synth is emerging, but gets broken down by peaceful breaks. This combination creates a suitable contrast. After the second break a sophisticated constructed climax got reached, bringing you into ecstasy.

'Voue' is the more melodic one of the two originals, but also here Naeiiv managed to implement interesting and unexpected drums and percussion. A constant flow of pads is directing you through the track, accompanied by lovely chords. At some points even more compelling synths are taking over. This all together contributes to two hopeful and remarkable peaks.

Vintash took some of the drum elements, as well as some chord and melodic elements, and used them in a completely different way. The breakbeat-way. This remix is a sensational journey with fierce, but superbly timed, drums and percussion all over the place. Also forming a perfect chaos. The middle part brings back the vibe of the original and afterwards a break to cool down comes in. In the final part an ongoing increase makes sure this remix will be an unforgettable audial experience and forms a great end to this fresh and memorable EP.

Several Definitions - Orion

Coming in for a next one to be released via Upon.You Records we've got a fresh collaboration going on which sees two long standing and beloved figures of the German scene joining forces to cook up some dancefloor goodness for post-pandemic times. We're talking Kotelett & Sascha Cawa here who are presenting their conjunctional label debut that is „Akemie" with two original tracks and a dubbed out retake of the title cut.

With „Akemie" we see Kotelett & Sascha Cawa provide a deep and highly fascinating dancefloor banger, pairing a precisely sculpted TechHouse foundation with a well hypnotic, slightly modulated main motif accompanied by an evergrowing stack of intertwined, corresponding synth layers leading towards the most angelic widescreen panorama breakdown you'll experience on a large scale P.A. system this year.

Subsequently „Takeshi" is shifting gears and enters full throttle mode whilst the prolific duo navigates a brooding, well futuristic sonic realm, firing up dancefloors with a clean cut, more muscular and surely spine-tingling, Techno-leaning sound vision balancing the thin line between a looming apocalypse and an oncoming salvation, perfectly represented by the tunes glistening melodies.

Finally, the title track makes a second appearance in its so-called „Akemie *Dub" version, providing an even deeper and slightly moodier variation for extended (Neo)Trance-oriented after hours sets and open air sunrise sessions under immaculate skies for a closing.

Welcome Yubik , a new studio partnership who serve up two fantastic tracks, including one collaboration with Chakataka.

Yubik are Maximilian Hacker and Michael Miethig, who together have appeared on Stil vor Talent and Radikon compilations. Maximilian is the one-half of Jorkes, while Michael is the other half of Innellea. They bring a host of raw, danceable sounds from multiple genres to their music and continue to explore new ground on this storytelling EP.

Enthralling opener 'Trance Tunnel' gets you into the zone with scintillating synths rippling over smooth, rolling drums. It's a cosmic tinged cut that journeys into outer space on withering sci-fi pads. One finger notes keep the tension building and a rumbling bassline adds weight to the groove creating real impact.

The masterful 'Metallica' is another cavernous deep space cut with slow burning drums and synths sinking you into a trance as spooky chords and subtle tension builds in the pads. It's widescreen, cinematic music to cast a spell on the dance floor.

Last of all, the pair link with Chakataka for 'Fall From Heights', another brilliantly atmospheric affair that is big and open and pulls you right in with subtle synth lines and delicate hi hats, sweeping chords and pensive bass.

These are three intergalactic and absorbing tracks that take house music into fascinating new territory and with striking artwork once again supplied by Daniel Rajcsanyi this is an essential package.

microcastle&#39;s second offering of 2020 welcomes MULYA to the label for his debut EP. The Hungarian artist first came to our attention in 2017 with an EP for MoBlack Records. Stylistically fresh and well received by his contemporaries and tastemakers alike, it set the course for what has been a three-year creative swell. With a keen emphasis on rhythm and harmony, the Budapest resident crafts
memorable electronic music which sits comfortably in a wide range of inventive spaces, while being favoured by trendsetters such as Ame, Bog, Denis Horvat, Dixon, Fideles, Frankey & Sandrino, Glowal, Lehar and Trikk. 
MULYA remains highly selective with his output, choosing his projects wisely and laying claim to an impressive discography, highlighted by releases on Atlant, Multinotes and Sum Over Histories. Now following an EP for Adana Twins’ TAU imprint to begin the year, MULYA debuts on microcastle with "Chrome Extra" 
Spread across five tracks, MULYA’s microcastle debut is an eclectic blend of electronica, disco, indie-dance and melodic house. Emotionally charged throughout, the journey begins with the broken beats and electric grooves of ‘Out of Sync’. It’s pensive overlays and warped arps make for a compelling first act, before a cinematic break shifts the narrative into a tense yet spirited finale of pulsating rhythms and tantalizing acid hooks. The energy continues to rise with
the disco-infused grooves of ‘Frisco’. Possessing a dramatic undercurrent, punchy kicks and detailed percussion create waves of energy at the outset. Fiery lines add mightily to it’s hypnotic drive, eventually melting down into a canopy of charming overlays. As the breakdown reaches a euphoric peak a flurry of drums transfers
energy into an exhilarating drop and thrilling final movement. 
The spellbinding ‘Espinosa’ further cements MULYA’s elusive vision, as a tight rhythmic core gets complemented with supersonic synths and shuddering bass tones. Compelling and tense, the centrepiece is a sensory delight, with its explorative modulation and piercing build ending in a striking re-entry. Shifting moods further into the indie-dance spectrum is the collection’s title selection ‘Chrome Extra’. A backbone of robust beats sits at the foundation, underpinning a
fascinating meld of retro synths and disorientating projections. Hopeful pads beam brightly across the second movement, bringing a spiritual sense to the storyboard, while perfectly prophesizing a poignant finale that’s destined for many memorable club moments.
Diversifying his portfolio further, it is MULYA’s masterstroke to round the collection out with the electronic experimentalism of ‘Fontane’. Highlighting the seven-minute excursion is an amalgamation of broken beats, vivid soundscapes and sensory saturating artifacts. The best musical mavericks never seem to rest on their laurels or lie stagnant for too long. While continuing to operate at a creative peak they mutate and morph, refusing to be boxed in and thus expanding
their sonic palette. MULYA has accomplished that and more with ‘Chrome Extra’, carrying a unique sonic aesthetic throughout, while achieving a rare balance between such sprawling genres.

This is a 2 track ep with a big melt of sounds : an african vibe accompanying an etnic melodic guitar; this print brings a tropical atmosphere to 'Filago'. With 'Olea' we are far from a 4x4 techno kick, we are more in a 90's hip hop drums melted with a dark and deep synth who will impregnate a really special touch that will provide, on the dancefloor, if you play it a the good moment, a unique ambiance and some dirty moves from the dancers.

PREMIERE: Ilu & Aaye - Olea [Faites Leur Des Disques]

Julian Wassermann and Raphael Mader join forces to present their debut ¨Aversion¨ EP on Oddity. The collaboration between the two Munich based producers, is the first one signed to the label, showcasing 4 beautiful melodic tracks, and an emotive but energetic remix by the talented Artche.

The EP opens with the lead track ¨Aversion¨ where you can listen to the detailed work, sound design and catchy melodies that the two producers print to their productions, starting with the right foot in one of the most interesting collaborations yet on the label.

Going deeper into the EP, Julian and Raphael present us ¨Panic¨ and ¨Moment of Clarity¨ where they dig deeper into the realm of pads and melodies, creating two emotive pieces with catchy arpeggios, leads and profounds ambiences.

Artche jumps into the remix duties, reworking ¨Moment of Clarity¨ into a more groovy and energetic cut, still preserving the emotional elements, but printing his stamp into the rework.

To close the pack, the guys show us the more minimalistic cut ¨Panic¨ where the vocal cuts plays with the percussive elements and synths, creating a dance floor peak time groover.
