Ashiel was founded in a downtown recording studio in San Diego, California during April of 2021 .Founded by core members Jack Thiel, Justin Persinger, and combines grass roots folk jam band grooves with a golden age classic rock blues style to hip hop flow, so we decided to classify ourselves as alternative hip hop/ trip hop sound after achieving varying levels of success in their solo careers these artists joined forces with also Sunny, Sammy and Tony creating Ashiei, which originates from Hebrew roots and means a desire to help, to be a "World Changer" for the better and with a vision of the power of love to change the atmosphere to love and friendship  Ashiel has been in the process of creating their debut ep "Ashes to Dust" for majority of the 2021 year. We have had many Years of Playing live music in the Hollywood Original Music Club scene individually with different groups and various venues around the greater Los Angeles and  San Diego area and have played with many great musicians along the way!  From the highly acclaimed "Starwood" in Hollywood to the "FM Station" in No. Hollywood back onto the Sunset Strip in Hollywood there is the "Roxy" and also the "World Famous Whisky a Go-Go", the "Coconut Teaser" and "The Garage" with the world famous "Doug Weston's' Troubadour" in Santa Monica on the West side.... also including events such as "Hands across America" and "Sweetwater 4/20 Fest" in Atlanta, and at the "San Diego County Fair", etc. Justin spirit cat Persinger has received honorable mention in "Livewire" Battle of the Bands in Athens, Georgia and in a songwriter competition in Asheville N.C. November 2021. Year-end update: should be finishing up "Ashes to Dust" ep and recording the video "Waitin'" and/or "Strugglin Hustlin'" by the beginning of the upcoming year. here are some new mixes and ideas and projects I have gathered together to present to you...From the ULTIMATE TRIBUTE to Jimi Hendrix! LIVE!!! 2016/ featuring "Anthony Aquarius as Jimi Hendrix", "Jack Thiel as Noel Redding/Billy Cox" &  "Blewfoot as Buddy Miles/Mitch Mitchel" here are excellent tracks from the show late 2016...Also, other great projects from the Hollywood Clubs Scene and looking forward to keeping it all going in SAN DIEGO! ..."One Love"!
