✹ Born in Buenos Aires, @jaijiu is an audiovisual artist influenced by the Argentine club sound, as well as its folklore and cumbia. His productions approach the rhythm in an edgy way, mixing his roots with current influences. We're presenting you his new 34 minutes mix for Swine Daily.

▮ "Drums and not too many notes. I wanted to make a hard drum mix with edits of mine. It took me roughly 5 hours to make. 1 hour gathering the songs and the rest chopping and screwing around the mix to create something that flows smoothly. I wanted to have control of the whole thing so I decided to edit the whole mix as if it were a continuously song." ▮

Three years after his previous outing, the elusive prince of noise 111X returns to Changeless with his monumental paragon ‘Shame’.

Born amidst a period of personal collapse and the cathartic realisation of inadequacy and finiteness, ‘Shame’ traverses devastatingly beautiful, dreamlike sonic realms. The record delves into the temporal and fleeting nature of our corporeality, how the smallest tremors can ultimately shake you to your very core.

’Shame’ sees 111X expand upon his distinct palette of unwavering noise, somber melodies and staggered drums with brooding guitar drones, adding a newfound depth to the sorrow found throughout his oeuvre. Let it wash over your trembling flesh, and you will come out the other side as an unstoppable force.

'Shame' will be released March 10th via Changeless.

The original concept is to create a collective piece that embodies samples from our childhood memories.
We're thinking of using random emotional samples and even coming up with some totally random pseudonyms to add an element of anonymity and playfulness.
We want to feel totally free to explore and create something that represents the whole concept of this compilation.

We wish this project to be a chance for everyone to step out of their comfort zones and try something new. It's a chance for us to come together and create something really special, something that's greater than the sum of its parts.
