SHADOW SECT make their OTHERCIDE RECORDS debut with their AGE OF ANGER EP, which features collaborations with DELIMIT as well as GANCHER & RUIN across its 3 track span. Born as a collaborative project between WPL & The Annunaki, SHADOW SECT has brought their sound to labels such as PRSPCT Recordings, Close 2 Death, and Drumatch Records with a slew of releases since the project’s recent conception. AGE OF ANGER continues this trend, bringing their decisively hard edged crossbreed sound to OTHERCIDE RECORDS for a powerful debut on the label.

DKD opens the EP with utmost ferocity, screaming praises of the double kick drum that provides the basis for the maelstrom of auditory energy surrounding the charge of its relentless bassline pattern. DELIMIT then joins SHADOW SECT for JAILBREAKER, which contrasts the dramatic flair of its coursing chorals with the unrestrained auditory assault of its endless percussive barrage. DAMAGE CONTROL features additional collaboration from GANCHER & RUIN as it closes the EP with a driving hardcore drumbeat interspersed with breakbeat flourishes and the warped wiles of a bassline wrapt between its impacts.

With the AGE OF ANGER EP, SHADOW SECT brings the full might of their sonic expertise to bear for their first release on OTHERCIDE RECORDS, presenting three tracks marked by the unabating power of their volatile sound.
