This week on “Delayed with…”, we’re featuring matsssiii, a Zurich-based DJ and one of the core members of the Project Indigo collective and label. Project Indigo isn’t just another name in the scene—it’s a group we’ve grown to know and respect, built on shared nights (and days) on the dancefloor and a commitment to music that prioritizes feeling and quality over fleeting trends.
matsssiii’s mix has a rare versatility, fitting seamlessly into all kinds of settings. It’s deep and well-paced, with a lightness that never drifts into the shallow. Somehow, it strikes that perfect balance—grounded yet weightless, soothing yet never dull. Whether zoning in on a task or gazing at a sunset, this mix feels like it was made for the moment.
The music unfolds like a quiet narrative, with grooves that pull you in and atmospheric layers that let your mind wander. Delayed with... matsssiii

Italian duo Orion are back, consistently offering their trademark warmth. This release on Dutch label Far Blue is another testament to their talent and deep love for what they do, and a perfect third release for this community-driven label. The EP will be available to purchase in vinyl and digital formats at the end of April.

The opening track on the EP, Her, evokes a whimsical, warm, and delicate aura of calm introspection, the track builds with hollow, immersive percussive elements, creating a neat and uplifting groove. Its slow pace and cosmic touch deliver a reassuring sense of well-being, that feeling where you stop for a second, and realise everything is going to be alright. Their laid-back personalities mirror the calm, collected nature of their music.

This track portrays just one corner of their repertoire, as the rest of the EP explores the range of these two talented Italian producers. You’re in for a treat.
