This track was originally meant to be a chilled out liquid track, but then it evolved into something else that is a quite unique fusion of Asian instruments with drum and bass. It is a deep emotional tune that takes you on a journey into the unknown.

"Here’s a mix from me, it’s drawing from different influences and songs which are somehow meaningful and/or nostalgic to me. So instead of trying to beat match it all I made it into a high-tech classic mix tape, like you would do for your BFF in ’93, of other tapes, records & FM radio. Try to imagine a hand drawn inner cover and hand written track list to go with this. ;)"

Polyclinique Redux Feb 21 2021 w Yorobi & Silent Dust

Hailing from Leipzig/Germany, mR_BLACk is best known for putting out a constant stream of mixes that embrace the deeper side of electronic music. Having grown up in a music loving environment and being a music collector and DJ since the 1990s, his sets are both versatile and consistent.

With a musical taste ranging from beatless ambient drones, hypnotic techno, deep dubstep to drum & bass and halfstep, he never shies from experimenting and surprising the audience. Most important to him for a set is getting the crowd in that certain mood of exploring the unknown while keeping the bass heavy and the atmosphere gloomy.
