Since 1988, when Zion Train was born in Oxford, I started playing my reggae/dub parties. The history of Zion Train in Poland is strictly linked with our Joint Venture Sound System activities since 1996, when they hit the country with digital dub for the first time, as pioneers of the genre and spread it all around. This history is written with countless shows – both at major festivals and remote clubs in many Polish towns. It also includes some production work for Poland and from Poland, as well as great live moments and dubplates. With this year’s common celebrations of 30, I wanted to share some of these golden moments from my archives, showing Zion Train’s work from quite unique side for the global listener. From the Polish side.
