This is the second track that I ever recorded. I have done all the vocals and backing vocals, drums, piano, acoustic guitar, and shaker. The song is a story about living poor in the slums of Santa Cruz, CA and hearing the roaring cheers of all those who could enjoy the Santa Cruz Boardwalk festivities across the street, while the singer could not even make a cup of tea.

This is my most recent track. I did all the vocals and backing vocals, fender rhodes organ, acoustic and electric guitar, and drums. This song is dedicated to Bob Ferrante, father of one of my best friends, Marc Ferrante. The song is a reflection, after Bob's death from cancer, about some of Bob's words to me and to us all as well as some conversations I had with my philosophy students about death and why it seems to take so many beautiful people away.

This is the first track I ever recorded. I did three sets of vocals on this track and played the acoustic guitar. I also snapped on the track. The beautiful Saxophone piece 3/4 of the way through was played by my dear friend Jon Schiedermeyer. This song is about telling someone you can't be with them anymore and how melancholic and beautiful those experiences have the ability to be.
