New compilation of Dogs & Vultures (@dogsandvulturesrecords) supported by friends from all over the world, some already known among our ranks, such as Eddie Lanzat, resident of Control Club Bucharest and with numerous releases on big labels inside the scene, Roliva this time in collaboration with Technicism and settled among the best talents in Mexico, with an imminent release in 12 '' format in this same house of which the track Slaves N 'Stress is part. Also the Valencian Fledermaus project with Isse at the bass, this guys are in charge of the booking for the mythical Freedonia room in Barcelona. And Javier Martinez, whose premiere release a few months ago with us.
Also New and highly anticipated collaborations in this release, such as the premiere of the talented Guatemalan Mverto Futura, our good friend Ulises Arrieta, the consecrated Sebastien Tex, also with next vinyl release underway for November of which The Slot is part, and The duo Pyramiden, with their impressive revision of Things You Said and next single on the way on Dogs & Vultures Records. Ducati Flux - Psycho Hazard [Dogs & Vultures]

Vilnius/Basel-based DJ and producer Domas Bojarciukas aka Bojarchük is back to Mexican imprint Bonkers Records. After being featured on the volume 1 of the compilation “Oddness”, now the Lithuanian artist returns to present a full showcase of his capabilities through the four robust cuts of his “Ugne” EP. To complete the party, two compelling remixes made with love by John Patter and Aurum Miles. Premiered here, the former’s ace contribution to the release.

John Patter needs no introduction amid the Indie Dance/Dark Disco community. The originals & collaborations of the also rising Lithuanian producer can be found on some of the most interesting labels of the scene like, for instance, Ninefont, Shara Music, Rotten City Files, Melómana, and now Bonkers.

His interpretation of the opening title may have kept the noisy and fussy atmosphere of the original, but ripped off its Middle East-ish aura, replacing it with a more EBM/Industrial mood. The absurdly fat bassline – introduced at the very beginning of the track –, the weird percussive elements, and the arpeggiated synth layers show the credentials of JP’s work.

“Ugne”, which means "fire" in Lithuanian, is a more than suitable name for Bojarchük’s latest endeavour. Kudos!

PREMIERE: Bojarchük - Inferno [ODD Pleasures]

Like the previous chapter, these are more than plain re edits. The original tracks were decontextualised and repurposed to give them a new meaning and a new breath of life.


1. Dub Yourself to my Help is built from small slices that were chopped from a classic 80's proto-house tune. These slices are big enough to retain the essence of the original, but small enough to give them a new identity. On top of that, Davin Varda added a new bass line, a bunch of spacey synth textures and percussive elements, to create a whole new beast.

2. Rhythm is a Constant beat was concieved when Troels Yuri accidentally played a random 12" at the wrong speed. Loops were quickly sliced, synths and bass guitars added, drum machines programmed, and this forgotten dutch gem was given a new lease of life, re-tooled for a new generation of DJs.

3. Davin Varda always dreamt of doing a re-edit using the separate tracks of an original track. Backflash Re-Imagined is his first attempt at doing just that, taking only the elements he likes from this well known UK-Disco monster.
However, if you are looking for a sinister twist, wait 4 and a half minutes and see what happens if you try to leave the club in the middle of a party and experience a gruesome flashback.

Label boss Parissior presents his second Espacio Cielo EP. A fresh selection of tracks that have been kept unreleased since pandemic started. "Say We Want a Revolution", "Salvation" and "Time to Think" show the musical concerns of the Spanish producer, each track deriving from a different style.
In the remixes duty, two good friends from the house such as "Guyd" and Daniel Monaco with his EBM alias "Disco Mortale".

Our well-received 'Muy Duro' VA series reaches its ninth edition loaded with acid sounds, hypnotic percussions, booming basses, blips, noises and a lot of energy. For this edition we have the pleasure to present music from Enzio Etchaberri, Theus Mago & Coast2c, Zillas On Acid, Mike Sacchetti & Chas, and ZEA.

The compilation opener is "Vow" by Enzio Etchaberri also known as Etcha. A slow, fat and frisky cut. The percussion takes you up and down, while the atmosphere feels like being inside a sound blender. It’s followed by the collaboration between Theus Mago and the modular synthesis crack, Coast2c. “Dead Piano” a track influenced by rave music and acid techno, with a resonant bass, sharp percussions and an obscure and deep melody.

The North American duo, Zillas On Acid, presents "Proteus", a slow and brutal cut loaded with funky psychedelic sounds, reverberating vocals, a hypnotic bass line and synthesizers born from the void. "The Revenge of Los Tropicales", the collaboration between Mike Sacchetti & Chas, a somniferous and latin cut filled with percussions and psychotropic keyboards that will make you fantasize. Closing the VA is ZEA with "Generator Machine", a powerful and edged cut with phantasmagoric synths and fuzzy vocals out of a science fiction movie.

The second remix artist of the line up is an emerging music producer and label manager. With residence in Asturias Spain and head of dark disco synth driven: Espacio Cielo.
