'A decade has passed since Infinity Night graced Bordello A Parigi with his wonderful Winter and Summer EPs. After too long a wait, the French producer returns with the aptly titled Le Temps Qui Passe. Six slices of select synthesizer music make up the 12”, tracks lovingly crafted with Frederic Bergamaschi’s trademark analogue warmth. A melancholic melody meanders through brightness in “Tu Ne Me Réponds Pas”, dulcet words hidden under the machine gauze of a vocoder. Skittish percussion gives way to the refrain of “It’s Full of Stars”. Hazy keys appear as an arpeggiator rumbles below a shimmering sky. “Les Souvenirs De Valerie” picks up where its predecessor left off. Astral notes are beamed into the heavens, echoing into the while crisp cymbals tether the piece. Infinity Night has always sought that point of balance in his music, a bittersweetness he accentuates and explores. This is true in the darker shades of “Nymphomania”. Beats are bolstered, key stabs piercing the tenderness of analogue trills. The title track is a rich patchwork. A burbling undercurrent supports forays into diverse tangents with lyrics surfacing through key shifts and sliding scales. Marching to militaristic rhythms, “I Comme Icare” is the curtain call. The stringent drums are broken by sailing synthlines, vocals masked in a familiar mesh to close. Le Temps Qui Passe, well worth the wait.'

Infinity Night - Les Souvenirs De Valerie

Emerging from Berlin’s vibrant underground, Dina Summer – a shapeshifting alliance of Kalipo (Frittenbude’s Electro-Punk provocateur) and the cult-favourite Dark Disco architects Local Suicide (SXDNS172) – crafts a defiant, genre-fluid universe on their sophomore album “Girls Gang.” More than just a collection of tracks, the album, released last January on Iptamenos Discos, unfolds like a manifesto for the disenchanted, where glitter and grit collide. The record’s 11 tracks blend New Wave melancholy, Post-Punk edge, and Synthpop shimmer, stitched together with lyrical themes of resilience and self-liberation that feel both deeply personal and universally anthemic. While their debut leaned into Italo-Disco-meets-Electro euphoria, “Girls Gang” expands into moodier, more introspective territory, without sacrificing the addictive pulse that’s become their trademark, proof that vulnerability and vitality can coexist on the dance floor.

After delivering a series of acclaimed remixes by the likes of none other than DJ Hell, Damon Jee, Phunkadelica (SXDNS124), and The Populists, Dina now enlists a handpicked group of collaborators for their next batch of reinterpretations.

Premiered here, The World Domination’s take on “No More Tears” injects the track with a punchy, retro-futuristic energy, as if channelling a long-lost Transmission from the golden era of Berlin’s electronic rebellion. Their signature early-2000s Electroclash flair resurfaces here, not as nostalgia, but as a reinvention, alternating between the original’s emotive vocals (raw and unguarded) and sharp, robotic chops (like glitching catharsis) over a throbbing bassline and crisp, House-inspired melodies that spiral into euphoria. The remix transforms the song’s brooding resolve into a kinetic anthem – less smoky backroom, more "strobe-lit revolution in a basement club at 4 AM." It’s a masterclass in tension and release, where frosty, metallic beats clash with warm synth swells, all while amplifying the track’s core message: shedding fear and claiming power, one syncopated heartbeat at a time.

When Radial Gaze meets Nicola Kubebe, the result is Iron Pinky Toad, a title that sounds like a secret kung-fu move or a lost cartoon book. But don’t be fooled, this one hits hard.

The long-awaited collaboration brings three original tracks: Phantom Limb, Lights of Phoenix, and the title cut Iron Pinky Toad. They effortlessly blend slow-burning tribal techno with the raw pulse of new beat, all wrapped in an early techno shell. Imagine dancing barefoot in a ritual under a disco eclipse. You’re getting close.

To complete the record, Playground Records boss Martin Noise joins forces with rising sensation Anastasia Zems, taking the release into full-blown dancefloor sorcery. The groove runs deep, the bass is sweaty, and the toad… well, the toad is on fire.

"A betrayal is an unexpected twist. A moment of schizophrenia where the world is turned upside down. We feel the curvature of the earth and it becomes explicit to us that there is something on the other side of our world that we didn't know. Or that we don't really know our world as we thought we did. It feels like a wobbling of the ground on which we tread, frantic, torn and passionate at the same time. But we can also betray ourselves. We betray ourselves by taking different paths that lead to places we did not think of. How does a betrayal sound, how does it feel, in what frequencies and energies does it vibrate?

Ultimately, what is there is always an unforeseen.
"Traiciones" plays with the idea of what we can feel when we feel betrayed, but also that the tracks themselves betray us, by taking different paths than expected, by changing the bpm in the middle of the track, or by promising a track that will never exist."

From one of the most exquisite vinyl collections on the Spanish east coast comes a selector with true presence. Size M, also known as Jorge Tornin, brings more than two decades of experience to this Feincast and moves fluidly between disco, electro, and EBM with instinctive precision.

Based in Benidorm, he is not just a DJ and producer but also a videomaker and a tireless activist for quality music. As co-founder of Espacio CIELO Records alongside Parissior, he helps shape the label’s visual identity and curates fresh talent, while also delivering standout remixes like his 2024 take on Cosmosolar that has been lighting up dancefloors across the globe.

His roots run deep. He founded collectives such as Almamater and 207 Crew and has played across half of Spain, including festivals like Electrobeach, Menor Rock Festival, and the Spanish National Performing Arts Awards. Known for turning forgotten classics into timeless tools, he is also preparing his debut EP for release on Espacio CIELO.

FEINCAST XLV: Size M

Hot on the heels of the acclaimed Tears Maker Chant 12” LP, illustrious French Electronic duo Froid Dub are back on Ransom Note Records with an interstellar remix package. Featuring the inimitable talents of Richard Fearless, Lena Willikens, Rug Dug, Tia Cousins, Zillas On Acid, Tolouse Low Tax, Timothy Clerkin and Vacant Heads, there is a little something special for all occasions on this colossal record. Slip into something comfortable and sit back.

Opening proceedings, Mr Richard Fearless starts us off with a bang with his remix of Control. Or, indeed, a warp. Bubbly Dubby bass abound, frenetic, IDM-esque beats skip along underneath the low end pummelling before giving way to luxuriant chord progressions. A perfect balance of light and shade, this is a weapons grade banger.

Next up, Lena Willikens puts her own distinctive imprint on Digital Pond. Upping the bpm and the pressure, this dark, synthy, Lofi safari is an anxiety attack is audio format. But an exceptionally pleasurable one!

Lead single comes from Strange Affair with their mix of Just One. Who are Strange Affair, we hear you ask? They are the exquisite combination of two big hitters, Ruf Dug and Tia Cousins! We’re delighted to introduce their maiden voyage as a production pair, and they make waves here with a frenzied reimagining of the original.

Elsewhere, Philly Chug Champions Zillas On Acid turn On The Nose into a dance floor stomper of epic proportions. Tolouse Low Trax takes on Terri’s Dub, sliding into a pair of laidback slacks and sipping a cocktail on the showery terrace, his insouciant approach will have you dancing in the most relaxed way imaginable.

Timothy Clerkin remixes LP lead track Tears Maker, which in Froid Dub’s very own words is “like been catapulted back to a DJ Alfredo mix at Pacha Club in 92”. Hands in the air! Finally, our old friends Oliver Ho and Christian Donaghey (Autumns) team up as Vacant Heads to undertake Tears Maker too, moulding it into an angular, industrial dirge, brimming with sleaze, distortion and grimy 808s. You have been warned!

Disc-o-lypso presents a fresh exploration of Igor Škafar aka Ichisan's iconic "Fantasound," lifted from his 2022 namesake full-length album. The package offers the core original alongside inventive reinterpretations from a diverse roster: International Dateline, Dan Tyler, Isaac Ferry, James Rod (SXDNS099), Dude Skywalker, and K-Effect (SXDNS062) spared no efforts to bring to life their own vision for the soirée. Listeners are ushered into a realm characterized by Cosmic Disco atmospherics, shadowy tonal shifts, and relentless, body-moving cadences. The collection firmly anchors itself within a propulsive, hypnotic Chugging Disco House framework, promising sustained rhythmic engagement designed purely for the dance floor's demands. 

The parcel also fittingly celebrates a significant milestone: our 800th premiere! After coffee, revels!

Among the varied interpretations, K-Effect's contribution carves a particularly compelling path. The Disc-o-lypso regular injects the composition with a potent blend of choppy, syncopated breakbeats that fracture the groove with infectious unevenness. Underpinning this rhythmic complexity is a commanding, squelching acid bassline that coils and pulses with raw, analog warmth. The throbbing bassline provides a deep, resonant foundation while simultaneously adding a layer of textural grit and forward momentum. The Spanish virtuoso masterfully balances these sharper, more aggressive elements within the overarching Electro structure, resulting in a version that feels both meticulously crafted and thrillingly immediate, perfectly suited for peak-time energy without sacrificing nuanced detail. It’s a robust and inventive take that commands attention through its kinetic interplay.

Behind Plaisir de France stands Julien Barthe — producer, arranger, and DJ — spreading musical pleasure across France and the world since 1993. A true craftsman of the French electronic scene, he’s known for his elegant blend of pop, dance, and club culture. In 2023, he celebrated 20 years of creation with a monumental 20-track album featuring 17 iconic French voices, including Barbara Carlotti, Bertrand Belin, Arnold Turboust, Valli, Alex Rossi, and Régina Demina. His music has also inspired remixes by Damon Jee, Tim Paris, Badknife, Polo Corp (Polo & Pan), Rework, and more. Parallel to this, he continues to develop his other project, SLOVE, with Léo Hellden, whose third album, Le Fly, was released in 2024.

With "French Pleasure", Plaisir de France drops a three-track house EP crafted for the dancefloor and DJs alike. These tracks are built as tributes to the timeless 90s club sets — progressive, filtered, and euphoric — yet infused with today’s sonic textures.
