"Wander" was influenced by the feeling of having no destination; simply just going with the flow. Declan was spending his time going on walks everyday at the time of making this song, so the tangible act of wandering added to his inspiration. The track is reminiscent of the works of elmo or CYGN with its free flowing jazz chords and rhythmic looping drums, all propelled by Declan's signature bounce and lead solo style. The tune is simultaneously energetic and relaxing, perfect for any situation, from chilling with friends to wandering along an undiscovered path.
