Syl Messi is a 28 year old, Chicago native that has been professionally immersed in music creation since 2016. He is a rapper, singer, producer, engineer, and songwriter. His style ranges from melodic rap flows, to bass heavy trap tracks, with a Hip-Hop foundation in his lyrical structure. His production style is broad and varies from instrumental to instrumental. Messi is a cynical and abstract storyteller that aims to invoke emotion on his listeners and leave a piece of his own mind with everyone who hears him. He is part of a collective called ‘TEAMNEVERSTOP’ along with his fellow Chicagoans, Matt Muse and Ron Parks.

The Chicago native, born Ryan Roberts, DJ SKOLi is a lover of KinkyElevatorMusic, his new indie label. He credits his strength and work ethic to his parents. Overall SKOLi still sees himself as a music junkie over everything.



Since his self titled debut EP SKOLi, the soulful  DJ, Producer and event planner has taken a  keen interest in introducing a new sound and  hustle to the Midwest. He credits this  significance mindset to when his college  professor told him his net worth will forever be his network. Ever since, he has made it his  mission to soak up knowledge from others and  focus on significance over success.



SKOLi’s goal as an artist is to push the  boundaries of the Chicago sound and  collaborate with up and coming acts to create  KinkyElevatorMusic. In his current residency  with he hopes to leave his mark as a creative  and put together premium experiences while  pushing his label to the next level  through his production studio housed at  AMFM.
