1995-2000: Gigged Bournemouth Circuit with bands including Uncle Fester and Mangusto. Performances included: HMS President, London, The Egg Festival, Southampton, Hothouse, Bournemouth, Poole Arts Centre, Poole, National Music Day, Poole, Blanford Festival, Boscombe Community Fair
1994 - Album with Mostly Water (3 Days Past Haven) (Had Radio Play on 2CR FM)
 
1995-1997: BTEC National Diploma in Pop Music (Bournemouth College)
 
Jazz/World Music Drummer/Percussionist from age 16, including residency with Karin Karian Quintet (with Joe Limburn YJMY). In 1999 became Full Time Drummer on Cruise (Emerald, Caribbean) (with Tim Fulker)
 
Gigged Glasgow Circuit with The Discord. Teaching experience includes long placements with CODA Fiddle Orchestra ( Musical Trainee Assistant in local schools)  as  Weekly Workshop Leader for Lifescopes (Mental Health/Recovery). and Workshop Leader for Edukid (Overseas/African Charity). 
 
2010 onwards:
Gigged Bournemouth circuit and festivals with Manikin Time Shark. Performances including: Kozmik Kens Psychedelic Dream Festival, The Anvil (with Psy Groove) and Space Ritual (Hawkwind members) support. Weddings/Functions with Mazeltov
Drummer in Hopefool children’s play (by Sharon Muriuru) with actors from Dr Who and The Bill.

BIOGRAPHY
 
 
 
‘Space ace robot’ (AKA – Spaceman) is a solo act (with special guest musicians) that started in 2003 with Damian Maguire (Vocals/Composition). With first released singles including ‘Hope Star’,’ (Signed to Magic Cloud 2007). The main style being in that of a ‘Experimental Pop’ ideom , influenced by ‘80’s artists’ and ‘Electronic’ music, such as ‘Aphex Twin.
 
The act ‘Spaceman,’ started as just comedy/solo (Performances include: Harbour House, Devon).  In 2006, the name changed to ‘Space Ace Robot,’ and guest musicians were included on instruments such as Sax and Flute.
 
Involvement with  multi-media projects includes,  ‘Hyper’ and ‘Night time,’ (animation videos). Previous performances such as ‘Black History Exhibition.’  have included, Blacksnow as backing band, and Magic Cloud, stage production. 
 
This act continued to develop in various different forms with up-to-date sampling techniques, and modal sequences. Special guest musicians included, ‘John Mcgowan, (Flute), Saxy Ellie (Sax), ‘Simon Shearing & Nathan Anthony (Lead Guitar). With styles ranging from ‘Trip Hop/Funk,’ to ‘Psychedelic/Dance’ .  Recent performances include Dorset Music Awards (2012) and Green Community Fair (2014)
 
2013+ releases of the amazing singles include, Carry On (Pt 1) and Baby (Remix)  (from EP - SX3 Remix -  2013). Latest EP - Sun Walk Down In The Imagination (2016) Includes tracks, 'Rainman' and 'All Mixed Up 2' (A crazy Dance mix of modern remixes)

Sylvia Fleming-Maguire (BA HONS, LRAM) Available for Hotels, Functions and Cruise Ship Work. Her experience includes playing at Rhinefield House, Polygon (Southampton), Poole Quay Hotel, Restaurant Ealing and The Grange (Bournemouth) (keyboard/vocalist with Harlequin). 
She was trained at the Royal Academy of Music, London (Majored in Piano and Singing). She has performed with Ilkley International Ballet Seminars, a stage school in Bournemouth, and is registered on database for the Royal Academy of Dance Exams.

Formed as a collective in the late 90's. Baesd in Bournemouth with tracks .Recordings include session musicians from Uncle Fester, Vontramps and Jam Sessions at Cavendish Studios . Tracks were recorded/produced by Paul Owen and Damian Maguire (Space) between 1998-2001 at Cavendish and Mushroom Cloud studios. Some of the later tracks were also composed by Space, as music/poetry for the Play, ‘Heaven On Earth.’
