With their repetetive vocal chops and frenetic percussion, Slick still maintains a nod towards the footwork scene with “Hardcore Junglist” and “Watch Me”. “Supa Sharp” on the other hand will sound familiar with it’s bassline reminiscing one of the biggest jungle classics, DJ Zinc’s Super Sharp Shooter, and is sure to keep the energy levels peaking.

This one is from UK based label Modern Ruin Records with their 2 powerhouses Sideswipe and BSN Posse.

UK producer Sideswipe is a staple in the 160/footwork movement. With running his own label 160 Philly and hosting parties in Philadelphia, he still manages to find the time to produce bangers. 

On the other side of the pond Spanish Producers BSN Posse are flying the footwork and juke flag. With an international fan base, BSN Posse are the new wave of producers keeping the sound of footwork and juke alive.

Jason Burns & Brent Still Life have both been pushing the deeper, soulful club sounds for years now so it was only a matter of time they collaborated on a release together. Consisting of one solo track each, two collaborations and one remix from We Sink for a well rounded release of bass music. "Lightning", featuring Reva DeVito, is a bouncy, catchy blend of garage and house. Brent's "I Could Blame You" takes on some deep half-time synth vibes. The two collaborations are a must for anyone into subtle trap-influenced beats with a more melodic and soulful vibe. Finally, We Sink are back with a unique remix of "Right Here" that only they can do.

WalleN a Scottish/Irish DJ/Producer raised in Bangkok, on a diet of street food and underground sounds. From a fragile community, that gathers in hidden spaces, parties on borrowed time and survives on thin margins.
His love for music ranges far and wide. Exposed at Home to Jazz, Soul & Funk from an early age, developed into an obsession with sample based music, leading into a natural progression towards Hiphop. This soon spread to all forms of dance music. As the local scene in Bangkok matured, so too did he, slowly refining his sound, finding himself in new places around the world in search of bizarre, leftfield noises & exotic drums. Spinning hypnotic, soulful sounds & hard hitting groovy basslines that are sure to shake the soul.
