Freaks aka Justin Harris and Luke Solomon deliver their smooth, groove-filled version of Womack & Womack's classic, Conscious Of My Conscious, taken from their brand new Psych EP. The album, which follows on from their releases on the likes of Hot Creations and Crosstown rebels, is their long awaited follow up to 2003's ‘The Man Who Lived Underground’ and features various influences spanning the length and breadth of 20-year-long friendship. Kastle introduces his new label with a diverse EP of four originals. Stay Forever clocks in at 100 bpm and unfolds with a haunting half time beat with syncopated synths. Can’t Explain and Don’t Look Back blend soul and club together with militant percussion and hard hitting sub bass. You Said, a collaboration with Miami vocalist Austin Paul, is filled with rhythmic grooves and classic breaks. London duo, Maribou State transform Cant Explain into a deep house cut with lush vocal edits and atmosphere.

Kastle - Can't Explain (Maribou State Remix)

For the first release of 2013 we are happy to welcome back the Australian duo Trinity & Beyond. We've had them aboard in 2011 so it was about time for them to return.

Trinity & Beyond is a collaboration between the lovely DJ Trinity and multi talented producer John Tzineris. With combined forces their productions are from an exceptional high level. In 2012, they've had a release on the Pinksilver label and they were also involved in delivering some quality remixes. Their remix for Nadja Lind's 'Brain Candy Remixed' album for instance was featured alongside remixes by the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, D. Diggler and Dub Taylor. Trinity & Beyond were in good company to say the least.

Having had quite a nice year it only makes sense for Trinity & Beyond to release another EP filled with new originals. All three original tracks are a perfect blend of moody melodics, groovy basslines and perfect percussion which results in beautiful productions. Additionally there is a remix by Ina Becker, who has made her debut on Cinematique last year. She transforms the title track into an uncompromised dancefloor filler while Australian producer Child slows it down to an off beat deep house version.

Dubinsky is Chris Woodward, an upcoming artist from London, to most known through his
work for Buzzin’ Fly who delivers here with his buddie Linas Fresh-Tee some heavy futuristic
tingled tracks which have this special twist about them, somewhere in between the genres
and truly unique, grooving and touching.
Clapton Dance Party is a project from Chris and Linas with their buddie Al P, diggin' for
some heavier grooves - a real dancefloor monster - just the way we like!
The track "Mind" with the beautiful voice of Renate Rubini astonished us and everytime we
played it out people and especially the ladies reacted in such a positive way, that it was clear
to us, that this has to be released.
We love it, but it doesn't make it easier to put it down to words and if, we call it modern dance
music.
