About the EP:
Easy and nice driving laid-back Deephouse with lots of harmony. Marco, who is known for his "Stand by me" Bootleg on Celestial Recording comes with 2 drifty songs you can go lost in. Inspired by music like Mira's sets (Bar25, Katermukke) he is definitely right with his music on Partina.
First Remix came from 'Sascha Kloeber' who got a lot of attention with his last Weltenwandler Remix - known from TV and DJ Sets. "High Above"! Sascha recorded some empathetic own vocals again to share big moments on the dancefloor with some goose bumps!
The other Remix from the second song came from Essen/Cologne located 'Janca'. Known from releases on Subspiele he presents lovely sounds on easy beats.

After EP1 in summer 2014, Jacob Korn continues the series with the aptly titled “EP2”, a collection of tracks that underline Jacob’s talent to produce Dance Music with appeal for both the main floors as well as Deep House connoisseurs.

On “Bingoparty” Jacob combines elegiac synths with powerful drumming. The reduced instrumentation and subtle progression will surely set dancers in a state of trance. “4 You” is not less moving with its catchy bass line, swirling synths and well matured vocals.

On the flipside “Blue Hours” is a subtler but not less thrilling approach that indeed would be working perfectly as a tribute to the short timed period before sunrise. You can almost smell spring when listening to the track. Finally, “Patternwirtschaft (Drums)” aims at DJs who are looking for drum tools and like to have fun with a good ole’ Tom- and Clap-heavy tune.

Again, the cover artwork comes courtesy of Anna Jaszpataki from Dresden who continues the work she started on EP1.

Kastle introduces his new label with a diverse EP of four originals. Stay Forever clocks in at 100 bpm and unfolds with a haunting half time beat with syncopated synths. Can’t Explain and Don’t Look Back blend soul and club together with militant percussion and hard hitting sub bass. You Said, a collaboration with Miami vocalist Austin Paul, is filled with rhythmic grooves and classic breaks. London duo, Maribou State transform Cant Explain into a deep house cut with lush vocal edits and atmosphere.

Dubinsky is Chris Woodward, an upcoming artist from London, to most known through his
work for Buzzin’ Fly who delivers here with his buddie Linas Fresh-Tee some heavy futuristic
tingled tracks which have this special twist about them, somewhere in between the genres
and truly unique, grooving and touching.
Clapton Dance Party is a project from Chris and Linas with their buddie Al P, diggin' for
some heavier grooves - a real dancefloor monster - just the way we like!
The track "Mind" with the beautiful voice of Renate Rubini astonished us and everytime we
played it out people and especially the ladies reacted in such a positive way, that it was clear
to us, that this has to be released.
We love it, but it doesn't make it easier to put it down to words and if, we call it modern dance
music.
Have a listen yourself and hopefully you enjoy it too.
