The project Not Mass arises from the desire to experiment harder and darker 
sounds. The interest in this new sound comes straight from the passion for punk and rock music that characterized his childhood as a drummer.

His teens are marked by the characteristic settings and the atmosphere of the clubs of his land, allowing him to collect sounds that would fill and characterize his musical background, up to debuting in clubs such as Tresor, ://About Blank, Corsica Studios, Garage Noord, Rashomon Club and more.

He is actually resident dj and member of Cura festival collective.

His musical selection ranges from techno to electro crossing broken and hard beats, making his style as eclectic and never defined.

We are very excited to announce our next guest mix from Idris. He is an active member of the SeekSickSound crew and resident DJ on Rinse France.  

Idris is a versatile and curious artist - even though he is well-versed in bass music, he frequently ventures outside of this spectrum to play amapiano, baile funk, rap or donk. Fueled by the obsession to make people dance and not just cater to connoisseurs, he doesn't hesitate to infuse his mixes with mainstream and pop references. He has had the opportunity to perform in several Parisian clubs (La Rotonde, Le Chinois, l'Alimentation Générale, or Le 9b) and Swiss venues (Umbo in Zurich and Le Bourg in Lausanne).
