For the past decade, Mad Decent has been invading your ears with fresh sounds. With humble beginnings in Diplo’s Philadelphia studio, Mad Decent’s unwavering mission is to highlight underground, genre-blurring sounds. Mad Decent tops iTunes, Beatport and Shazam charts worldwide with #1 Dance tracks and albums with releases from artists like Major Lazer, Dillon Francis, Grandtheft, Party Favor, NGHTMRE and Yellow Claw. Mad Decent is also home to Good Enuff, a launchpad for artists breaking the norm; notable releases include Bauuer’s “Harlem Shake” and DJ Snake’s “Bird Machine.” As an extension of the Mad Decent sound, Mad Decent Block Party was established in 2006 and now spans across North America and India.

Evan Moinvaziri and Romy Ancona, form the DJ duo, "VVithenu" pronounced (Within You). The concept behind this collaboration aims to combine bass influenced electronic music, while still being mindful of the soulful and emotional vibes of Deep House and other melodic genres.  Romy's broad event resume alongside Evan's 13 years of music production experience give fuel to the group's ambition.

In 2011, a sold out MAXIM Magazine New Year's Eve party at the Chinese Theatre and a residency at Ecco Ultra Lounge (now named Couture) in Hollywood, California, launched Romy's professional DJ career. Since then, Romy has continued to play at various venues both in and outside California. He has also earned the opportunity to play music festivals such as Coachella, Lightning In A Bottle and Chalice Festival. His DJ success has resulted in playing alongside names such as Big Gigantic, Griz, Marques Wyatt, Capital Cities, The Gaslamp Killer, Cassian, and Mark Lewis, among others.


Evan's music production career began 14 years ago in high school, producing Hip Hop.  After graduating, he pledged to serve his country's Navy, eventually discovering a new path in music.  In 2007, he experienced a euphoric moment leading him to sell his MPC, turntables and records in exchange for his new found love for House music.  It was not until 2014 that he graduated from Los Angeles based Icon Collective for Music Production and aggressively started pursuing his success as an artist. In 2015 he bid farewell to the Navy and began to pursue music full-time.

Romy's DJ success has resulted in playing the historic stages of Sunset Strip in Hollywood, California such as The Roxy Theatre, Whisky A Go Go, The Viper Room, House of Blues and Keyclub. Romy has directly supported names such as Big Gigantic, Griz, Cassian, Capital Cities, The Gaslamp Killer, Doc, Martin, Fur Coat, Affkt and Trent Cantrelle, among others.

Romy's event resume includes collaborations with MNTRA Las Vegas putting on events bringing in legendary House and Techno artists such as; Amalie Lense, Ferrago, Sam Paganini, Third Son, Technasia, Chus + Ceballos, Huxley, Kaiserdisco, Christian Smith, Mathias Tanzmann, Artbat, Pig & Dan, Max Chapman, Archie Hamilton, Layton Giordani, Hito, Pleasurkraft, Loco & Jam, Piero Pirupa, Supernova, Joeski, Who Made Who, Dennis Ferrer and many more.

Romy's sound is described as having; revolving elements, soaring melodies, cinematic builds, driving bass-lines, latin percussion paired with uplifting key notations. With their strong stage presence and experience there’s no doubt that Romy will continue to gain the likes of venues and talent buyers in the entertainment industry as an independent artist.

With an upcoming 2023 tour through Mexico and Los Angeles coming up - Romy will be showcasing their hybrid live/DJ performance on the renowned PLAYDifferently 6-Channel Analog DJ Mixer, Native Instruments Maschine+, Ableton Push and a Vermona PERfourMER MKII. Utilizing live looping, finger drumming and sequencing on the fly - his new performance is something not to miss!

Hello its me, @RME, 1/2 of @VVithenu and 1/2 of @PantherPantherMusic  :)

This is the entity I made for myself in 2009 to showcase the music I made solely on my Kaossilator Pro. 
2010: I performed on two Kaossilator Pros and preformed live by recording loops and transitioning between the two synthesizers

2016: I incorporate the sounds of the Kaoss synth into my DJ set along with my vocals through the built in Kaoss vocoder to add a 3rd theme to the 3D Theory live/DJ set.
