Compiled by Haemaerae, this CD represents his selection of the modern night time psychedelic sound that has been tested on the dancefloors around the globe. The project took more then a year to complete and involved listening to numerous tracks but ultimately selecting only the very finest to appear on special release. “Polar Nights” features artists such as Blisargon Demogorgon, Kali Yuga, Wider, Anubian, Shadow Noises, Lah Narrad, Zaiklophobia, Fobi & Nyama. 

The compilation can be treated as a story from beginning to end, starting with deep atmospheric psychedelia and gradually diving into more dynamic music, which is sure to keep the dancefloor moving.
We really hope this compilation will satisfy your psychedelic needs and you will enjoy listening to it as much as Haemaerae enjoyed putting this selection together.

Synaptic Madness is the music project of Marcus Thuresson, born in Sweden in 1995.

"Synaptic", as in the synapses between neurons in the brain; and "madness", as in the freakin' madness that occurs in these synapses under the influence of this powerful style of music.

His journey into psychedelic trance began in 2015 with progressive and full-on, and developed into a taste for the darker, faster styles of psytrance after a couple of powerful festival experiences. 

Slowly but surely an urge to create such music of his own emerged, and thus began his journey as a producer in the end of 2020.

The focus is mainly hi-tech with deep, dark basslines and entrancing melodies - but there will for sure also be journeys into dark psytrance.
